I wish I could give 0 stars. Lady in the cashier said the machine was broken so I couldn’t order my Frappuccino and I could only get frozen coffee or regular warm coffee so I just got the frozen coffee with mocha flavor. She then told me to pick up the drink on the side while she proceeded to take another girls’ order. I stepped to the side with my baby’s stroller when I saw she was attending someone else but then she started yelling that I needed to pay like I was trying to leave without paying (??). She also made the other girls order before mine and was talking to me like she was doing me a favor. My coffee was not frozen, very watery and not good at all. Worst service ever, I feel bad for her for being that rude and miserable. Never go to this Dunkin’

I ordered a large fun drink and received a large black coffee instead. They put ketchup on my bacon, egg, and cheese without asking, and I am allergic to tomatoes. When I asked for a new one, the woman told me she was going on break and that someone else could help me, but no one else was there. I felt uncomfortable, so I left and will not be returning.

The woman waiting on me seemed pissy, and got my drink completely wrong after I showed her, using the Dunkin app, what I wanted. The other girl there was on her phone, chiefing her vape in the other, less visible part of their storefront. Only thing right were the donuts today.

Low key disappointed, the lid to my drink was dirty it had coffee on it previously. My drink itself had no flavor, it just tasted like water or the energy drink they put in it. Not sure felt weird

I probably shouldn’t have waited this long.. but after multiple times of the what seems to be the manager being rude to customers first thing in the morning I had to say something. Yes the mall just opened, it’s morning, but there’s no reason to be condescending to your customers. The woman with black glasses and half red and black hair. Just a terrible attitude, clearly doesn’t like her job. Was talking to the other associate who is always super sweet, telling her “I’ve already got 5 reasons why we should close the store and go home” it’s 1030am.. also she was cursing. Thanks for being an unpleasant start to everyone’s day. Really one of the rudest people I have ever met.

I was here on 12.15.22 The women with the grey and half red hair took my order, she pretty rude to me and so was the kid making the food. 11 dollars for burned food? Hm. The employees seem to hate life or at least their jobs. They werent even busy. I won’t be visiting this location again.

I do not want to give one star. Me and my husband ordered coffee on 1/20/2020 around 7 pm. The guy gave us coffee (dark skin with long curly hair) with dirty cover. The coffee mug cover was messed with coffee and hair. I asked him to change the cover pleasantly. Instead of changing the cover he stared at me and told what’s wrong with cover. I told him the cover is not good and saw something in here. Later he gave me cover with a bad attitude with indicating by his hand and eyes to through the cover where he supposed to through away that dirty mug that he covered up. The guy had horrible attitude and should not deserve customer service position. I have no idea how they get employed by employer with nasty attitude and dirtiness.

If your job is to make a coffee, please make it as asked for it or how you feel it should be. Then be rude as I come back in and ask for it as I had the first time. The girl behind the counter took an attitude with me because I didn’t tip her. I politely explained she makes more than servers, they need the tips not them. They rushed my second cup of coffee and it to was wrong. I have a feeling it was o purpose. I left the coffee on the counter and will never stop there or recommend anyone to stop there due to this experience.
