I ordered takeout from Sopah Thai Kitchen through the Instacart app. The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth the trip. However, even though the app said my order was ready for pickup, I ended up waiting about 30 minutes once I got to the restaurant before it was handed over.
Hopefully they can improve the coordination with Instacart because the food itself was fantastic!

Warning to anyone ordering from Sopah Thai Kitchen: my experiences have been very disappointing. If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would.
I have picked up food from here many times and I’ve also had bad experiences when eating there as well. But the delivery situation was the worst. Our order arrived almost 2 hours late even though we only live about 9 minutes away. We had to keep calling the restaurant to ask where the food was. I even told them my guests were waiting, but there was still no proper update or communication.
On top of that, one dish was missing from the order and I had to go pick it up myself while my guests were waiting at home. It was such an embarrassing situation.
We gave them another chance another time and the same thing happened again with the delay.
What made it even worse was the owner’s behavior. Instead of handling the complaint professionally, he called my son and yelled and screamed at him and told us to “order from DoorDash” if we want to know when the food is coming — and pay $10 more.
Late delivery can happen, but rude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. We will not be ordering again.

Nice and simple Thai restaurant with fairly reasonable prices. I stopped by to order a lunch , the food was ready in roughly 10 minutes. Chicken pad Thai was delicious with some vegetables and lime. Environment itself is cozy and clean . Good spot for a casual Thai food .

Seafood was not good. Even couldn’t eat all-no taste. Had to take extra spicy sauce to have some taste.

The waitress took forever and literally chased us out asking for tip and how she doesn’t work always. It’s 95 degrees out and they have no AC running and when they turned it on it took forever to get cool. We sat there with our toddler in the heat. So frustrating! Very unprofessional. Why am I giving tip when she didn’t even come to ask us even once if we needed anything? You tip when the service is extraordinary not when you give the food and the server doesn’t come out again. Not coming again. Disgusting customer service. Money hungry!!

I’ve been to Sopah Thai Food several times and used to really enjoy it, but my last two visits were extremely disappointing — mainly due to the incredibly rude and unprofessional service.
On one occasion, we arrived just 3 minutes before opening time and the waitress was already being unpleasant and dismissive, simply because they “weren’t ready yet.” Just three minutes! Then, the calamari was extremely tough and clearly undercooked. I also asked for a dish without onions due to dietary reasons, and it came full of onions. No apology, no correction — just attitude.
But today was the last straw. The same waitress served us with a bad attitude, zero friendliness, and at the end, expected a full tip. I paid less because the service was so poor, and she actually confronted us on the way out, telling us to “go to McDonald’s or Burger King next time” — honestly, we probably will. At least there, the staff knows how to treat customers with respect.
Definitely not coming back. Very disappointing.

I ordered an order of Pad See Ew with chicken for lunch the other day. The taste was fantastic the noodle were perfect and the shredded chicken was delicious. The broccoli on the other hand was problematic. The broccoli was definitely undercooked almost raw, as if they were blanched ever so briefly. I also feel the portion size could have been a little better for $14 considering it’s just noodle, chicken and raw broccoli.
