I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this location. I made a mobile order and it was wrong. Didn’t have everything I asked for and was a complete mess. Then I tried to call up to the store 3 times to try to get what was missing atleast and no answer. So I drove back to the store and asked the gentleman if I could get what was missing and he was so rude. He said “im not doing this” a couple times and began to roll his eyes and dismiss me. It was so embarrassing because he did this with a pretty packed lobby! He finally got me one of the things missing and put it in a cup and threw it towards me!!! Once again extremely embarrassed!! I email subway to give them my feedback and they send me an apology email that had nothing to do with what was wrong. I am in customer service and I would NEVER dismiss or treat ANYONE like this!!! The owner should be embarrassed with this behavior and the blatant disregard to his patrons!!

BEWARE OR APP PURCHASE: Ordered pickup on the subway app; subway app said order was ready @1220. I showed up to pickup subs @1225, waited til 1245 until the person making sandwiches finally acknowledged me. The person said, I can make your online order now, since I have slowed down. Manager still has not answered the phone. Worst service and order management on the beach. Save your time and order from Publix across the street!

The Jamaican dude that works there takes pride of his job. I can tell he really cares about his job and wants everything to be perfect. The service was good but there’s sooo many things about him I observed that he’s all about cleanliness and wants everyone to eat well.

As a local, I visit this location on weekly basis. I have a thing for their BLT it’s delicious . The cleanliness of this store is awesome and customer service is simply outstanding; Ken makes sure every customer feels welcomed. Highly recommend to stop by at this location and treat yourself to a nice meal, you won’t regret it. Five starts for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They mark up their food over the posted prices. Odd at best but they have a small disclaimer stating the actual price is higher than listed. I’d never seen that before? Why would they charge more than other Subways?? It was over $8 for a 6 inch sub and a small bag of chips. I remember not that far back when they had $5 foot long subs.

I always love the food. But this day, was extra Thankful to the real nice lady that was working that night. I was in a bad situation and it was freezing outside along with it raining. She let me come in and sit and wait for my ride without me having to order anything. I owe her BIG TIME.

Really want to love this place, but the last few times I’ve been I have been quite sick after so it will be a while before I go back. The lady in there is always nice, but the manager is hit or miss along with how the manager of the gas station and subway park you would think they were driving a Bentley

We had great food made sandwiches with care made sure it was exactly how we wanted them. The gentleman that made them works alone alot so just be patient and kind.
