Ordered the CEO burger from DoorDash and I waited an hour before they even started making the burger. What I got was two incredibly dry patties, cold cheese that looked like it was melted onto the patties about two hours prior, a minuscule amount of sauce, and a stale styrofoam bun— see pics. I tried called the silver spring location which was where DoorDash had sent the request and nobody answered so I’m just taking the google reviews route

Food was fine, burger was dry and a bit bland but the urban style fries with the garlic aoli was great. Super flavorful. Service was excellent, staff was nice despite how busy it was. Food was reasonably priced. Convenient location. Fountain soda was the kind where you can customize the flavor of your soda with ginger, lemon, lime, cherry, vanilla, etc.

Very corporate atmosphere, bombastic food and so-so service. I come very often but this seems to be the only location without a scanner or phone number system. I feel I recieve poor face to face service but when I order online my food always comes out perfectly. We have collectively spent about 250$ here but struggle to feel our money is worth it every single time due to being unable to order in person without mistakes. I personally always enjoy my food, but have recieved complaints from my friend whom I have ordered for.

I like their burgers and atmosphere in and outside the restaurant that have patio seating available. The service was good and quick. I have tried burgers from them a few time, and everything was fine. It might not the best but for me it tastes as good as a quality burger that is supposed to be.

Customer service like Larissa’s is rare. She was polite, attentive, and made sure every detail of my order was handled perfectly. Even during a busy time, she stayed calm and welcoming to everyone. BurgerFi Silver Spring is lucky to have someone like her representing their brand.

I’m honestly just writing this for free ice cream but the place is really nice tbh. it’s very clean and spacious- there’s background music. I would recommend if you’re looking to try a new place. also special shout to Bryan, he’s a great cashier and he gives the best recommendations!
