Mobile ordered online. Lemon Pepper sandwich came without any toppings including the special sauce. Had to add Zax sauce ourselves. We Added bacon to a salad and did not receive that either. Chicken tastes great but paying for specific things and not receiving it, isn’t great.

I really like this Zaxbys, there’s been issues in the past where we’ve gone through the drive thru and items have wrong or missing. The staff are always nice and helpful. Food is always good. We visit frequently, and will continue… but we do check our order before leaving the drive thru.

I have been a regular customer at this Zaxby’s for years since I work nearby, but I have to say the quality of service has gone downhill. Recently, I tried to speak with the manager, Tyler, regarding an issue, and I was shocked at his complete lack of concern. He offered no solutions, no apology, and seemed uninterested in addressing what I had experienced.
During my visit, my mother and I (both African American women) went through the drive-thru and encountered an employee named Faith who was extremely unprofessional. She was dismissive, visibly uncomfortable interacting with us, and made us feel as though basic customer service—handing us our order—was a burden. The behavior came across as discriminatory, and it was both disappointing and offensive.
As a loyal customer, I shouldn’t leave this restaurant feeling disrespected or disregarded. It’s unacceptable for a manager to show no concern when a customer voices how they feel, and for employees to treat customers in such a manner. I hope corporate leadership takes this feedback seriously because this location is not living up to the Zaxby’s standard.

So disappointed with Zaxby’s. This was their so called funnel cake. First off, it’s not supposed to be burnt, golden brown is the key. Secondly, $3.49 for this barley hand sized dessert is atrocious! And lastly the crunch, funnel cake is not supposed to sound like your eating chips. The smell was also unappealing. They should’ve left Fried Mushrooms on the menu.

Today I ordered a blue Zalad and requested ranch and even ordered an extra ranch dressing for curbside pickup. Well when going to pick up my order it was raining and I was told by the food service worker “next time go to the drive thru” and I informed him that it wasn’t raining when I placed my order to which he said “well it’s Florida” okay and? You work a job where you get paid to take food to peoples car rather it be window or curbside. Invest in an umbrella or rain coat. Then not to mention the 3 RANCH dressings I was supposed to get became 3 BLUE CHEESE. Had it not been for his rude attitude, the blue cheese dressing may not have upset me as bad.
