Ordered drinks and appetizers. Got salad and soup for our meal before we got appetizers. Finished soup and salad then appetizers came. Finally got our drinks after we ate salad, soup, and part appetizers. Meal came and was fine. But ovens were broke and couldn’t get mostly what we wanted. Bathrooms was very unattended to

We were there this evening for our youngest daughter’s 21st birthday. Server carded her . The table we were sat at was next to the bathroom. Drinks took a while, and only after our waitress noticed our other daughter staring at her, because she is a server too and started wondering what was taking so long.
Appetizers came and the runner was in such a hurry most of the pita chips spilled on the table.
Food came, but we had to watch another runner try to serve Filet and lobster to 2 other tables before another runner came out and directed them to our table.
I ordered the Chopped Steak, well done, every one else ordered steak, medium rare.
My Chopped Steak came out more raw than the steaks. By the time they “re-cooked” my order (not a new one, but took the toppings off and recooked the Chopped steak), everyone else was done eating.
What i got in the end was pretty good, but c’mon! $230 bill, not including tip. 21st Birthday. I’m pretty disappointed to say the least. We did leave a 20% tip because we know that it wasn’t the server’s fault.

Went out to celebrate grandma’s birthday, despite the busy atmosphere, we were seated at a timely manner and had a very delighted time. The host was such a delight and very attentive to everyone he was seating. Our server was also extremely respectful and so kind to grandma on her birthday. I highly recommend people to come eat anytime their able too!

Went on my lunch hour and got the lunch steak salad w/ white balsamic and French onion soup. I asked for the steak to be rare, and it came out that way! The service was friendly and efficient. The area was nice and clean.

This used to be one of mine and my husband’s favorite date night spots, but after tonight we won’t be back for a while. This is not the first time we have been disappointed but it was by far our worst experience. My husband’s burger was undercooked, the patty looked (and tasted) like a hockey puck, and there was absolutely no sauce on it. I ordered the filet medium rare. My steak came out medium well on its way to well done. What should have been a juicy filet was glorified roast beef. Our food was dropped off and the server didn’t check back for a while because they were pretty busy. We had already waited over an hour to be seated and get our food, I wasn’t going to send it back. When I let the waitress know she told the manager and he took $15 off of our bill. My steak alone was $30. The one that was cooked almost three temperatures too much. We over paid for awful food. We don’t mind paying for good food, but our order that came out was just sad. I am writing this in hopes that they will fix the problems. We really loved this place and would like to come back eventually and give it another try.

I ordered the grilled chicken and strawberry salad and it was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. What really stood out, though, was the portion size — it was huge! I was really impressed with how generous they were with the serving. Definitely worth every bite.

Visited Friday morning (11:00 a.m.) with a party of 4, excited to eat here before a busy day. We arrived right at opening time and were told by the staff that “there is no manager on site and we have no idea when we’ll be able to open today.” No apology, no estimated time, no effort to call a manager in; just a shrug and a closed door on a Friday lunchtime. We ended up taking our business (roughly $150) to Rafferty’s down the road. The food there was only okay, but at least they were actually open when their posted hours said they would be. It’s disappointing when a national chain can’t even staff a manager for a Friday lunch shift. We think their steaks are usually the best but, lordy. I am sure i will go back but not anytime soon.
EDIT: My wife and I decided to give them another try. We were seated quickly, and the food came out fast. The steaks were cooked perfect and tasted great.
My wife ordered from the gluten-free menu — a $35 filet with a small portion of mashed potatoes. She has celiac disease, and the waitress did a great job making notes and taking it seriously, which we really appreciated. We understand that cross-contact can still happen in a kitchen environment.
Unfortunately, she still experienced a gluten reaction before we even made it to the car. That part was disappointing.
Overall, this visit was much better in terms of service and food quality, but for someone with celiac, the cross contact risk is still a serious concern.

We went to Longhorn for dinner after a weekend soccer tournament. It was fairly busy, but we were seated rather quickly. Our waitress was nice, however the food wasn’t really what I expected. I was disappointed to say the least. We ordered the onion petals for starters. It took a while before they were ready so I expected them to be hot and fresh. They were not! The plate itself was very warm, but the food was NOT! They weren’t hot and were kind of greasy. I ordered the chopped steak with a salad and loaded baked potato. My kids ordered chicken tenders with fries and one with baked potato. The plate looked extremely delicious, but again nothing was hot. The salad was beautiful and fresh. The gravy on my steak was actually cold and thick. The steak was warm enough but not hot, and both baked potatoes were hard in the middle. I was very disappointed. I just expected more from a place like this. I didn’t finish my dinner. I just asked for a to go box and we left. I don’t have anything bad to say about our waitress. She was nice to us. She did a great job. I’m not sure if I will ever go back. It just wasn’t what I expected for the price.
