Great experience again at Longhorn Steakhouse. Was greeted by Cassie and also Natalie when we arrived. Must have been shift change because Bobby came on duty and got a rock stars welcome from the many patrons who know him. Our food was excellent and Raul, the manager checked on us and later our orders which were perfect. Not bad for a Saturday night! I was most impressed by the teamwork they all contributed to make a crazy busy night go smoothly for all. Great Night!! Thank You! Hope you all earn another star

For my first time trying LongHorn Steakhouse, this place was a blast of flavor. I was referred to this place by a close friend I am no longer in contact with. Ironically, my cousins enjoy this place, so they decided to treat us (my dad and me). I wish I had taken photos of my cousins’ and dad’s food, although when it arrived, they started to chow down. Upon arriving, we mentioned we had a reservation, and they were quick to seat us. However, we did not want to be seated where the food was coming out of the kitchen, as we did not want to possibly get burned or have food land on us. The staff was very understanding and nice enough to relocate us to a booth away from the table near the kitchen. The waitress was really kind to give us two loaves of bread with butter. She was quite patient when we were reviewing the menu as well. When we were ready, she appeared out of thin air, ready to serve us with a smile. One of my cousins ordered a burger with fries; my other cousin ordered a chicken meal with a baked potato and house salad that came with it. My dad ordered a burger and fries. My two cousins and Dad asked for “lightly salted fries and baked potato.” However, I deducted a star since the fries where the opposite of lightly salted. Instead they where way to salty. This is huge coming from me since I enjoy salt haha. Besides this, my two cousins and dad all enjoyed the meals they ordered. My one cousin even needed a take-home box since the food was filling. Now, I, on the other hand, decided to be creative. I ordered a strawberry and pecan salad (side size) and the spicy chicken bites appetizer so I could combine both. Can we also talk about the huge food portions? I was certainly not expecting this from a side and appetizer. The fruity raspberry balsamic vinegar complemented the fresh fruit and salad. The spicy chicken bites were perfectly crunchy and tender. The spicy chicken bites were neither too spicy nor not spicy at all; they had a sweet, middle-ground, flavorful spice level. However, when you combine both the strawberry and pecan salad with the spicy chicken bites, you get a tasty, flavorful combination of the perfect sweet and spicy with just enough crunch. Talk about such a heavenly food coma delight! All the while, having daily check-ins from our very attentive waitress! Plus, the waitress and staff have some hidden menu items as well that they create or just previous items that were on the menu that the chefs are able to recreate which I thought was pretty cool. All this information came about from a silly sweet and spicy food combo creation, I made, which had people and staff wondering which food item did I order.

We were sat in the bar area for lunch on a Sunday at 1 pm. The music was way too loud for not a crowded restaurant. The dining area almost empty. The food was good, but could have been better. My burger tasted like Culver’s. It’s a premium priced run of the mill burger that you could get about anywhere. But fries were better. The staff was friendly, but kinda cold. The server disappeared untill we needed something. This place has looked the same since for decades and could a little TLC.

Overall very disappointed because I’ve been to other LongHorns and have always had a positive, delicious, flavorful experience. Have always given them 5 stars—until now. This particular location was an absolute let down and waste of money.

First, waited about 20 min for a table which was fine. To be expected. Except they sat us directly next to the kitchen. We couldn’t hear ourselves talk. Just heard all the workers gossiping, yelling, singing, etc. It was very loud and distracting. We didn’t end up talking to each other throughout our meal because we simply couldn’t hear each other or get a sentence out without the staff interrupting us with their loudness. I’m not sure why this table is even an option for seating in the first place.

The food itself wasn’t good at all.
It took a while to come out once ordered and when it did arrive, it wasn’t hot or fresh, just luke warm or cold. Like it’d been sitting for some minutes. Everything was cooked poorly, either under or overcooked. Nothing seemed to be seasoned or have any flavor, even things that came with sauces, which should already have flavor. We got a steak, and since it’s a steakhouse, you’d think it’s their specialty, but it was honestly awful—just plain, warm, unseasoned rubber. We also got the bourbon marinated salmon; it didn’t taste like anything either. Just plain salmon that was also barely warm. The mashed potatoes were cold and also not seasoned with anything. Baked sweet potato was mostly burnt, the only hot item on our plates, and half inedible. It felt like a child learning to cook made our food to begin with and then it took too long for the food to get to us. It was a double whammy which rendered the food tasteless and cold. We ate only about half our food just because it was late, we were hungry and already there. We had plenty of leftovers but took nothing to-go.

I’m giving this place a 2-star instead of 1 simply because our server was nice and clearly trying to do her job well although she’s still learning. As for the rest of it, never again.

My family and I are traveling from California to Florida for medical reasons, and we decided to dine here since it’s a place we frequent back home. Unfortunately, our experience at this location was disappointing.

I arrived with my mom and four kids and was not greeted upon entry. I waited several minutes before someone helped us get on the waitlist. The hostess told me our table was being prepared, but as we continued waiting, at least 7–10 other parties who arrived after us were seated before us. When I finally approached the hostess again to check on the delay, she admitted a mistake had been made and that it would be another 5–10 minutes.

During this time, my family and I couldn’t help but feel out of place, as we were one of very few families of color or possibly the only one in the restaurant and received several uncomfortable looks from staff. I’ve never been one to attribute an issue to race, but the atmosphere here made us feel noticeably unwelcome.

On a positive note, our server was excellent—attentive, kind, and truly made an effort. I have nothing but good things to say about him.

Overall, though, the experience at this location didn’t reflect the hospitality we’re used to at LongHorn. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return to this particular restaurant and wouldn’t recommend it to others traveling through the area.

Food was great, waitress Cassie was friendly and just attentive enough. The Parmesan crusted chicken is always perfectly cooked and seasoned, and my husbands T-bone was cooked a perfect medium rare. It was perfectly seasoned too, just enough salt and pepper and both the chicken and steak melted in our mouths, very juicy. The Wild West shrimp appetizer is always great. My husband liked his salad and baked potato soup. My asparagus was overcooked and I didn’t care for the lobster and shrimp chowder as it was all shrimp (they were juicy though) and little flavor but everything else was delicious. This is a good LongHorn. We had a good time and enjoyed the food very much. We’ll be back.

We went out for dinner last night and ordered soups and salads. The salad came out right away, but I waited at least 15 minutes for my soup. The waitress apologized and took it off the bill, which I appreciated, but when the soup finally arrived it was cold — and right behind it came the entire table’s entrees.

I told them I didn’t want my meal anymore because I wanted to eat with my family, not after they were already finished. The manager, Paul, came over and instead of listening, he decided to argue. I mentioned the soup was cold and he told me that was “impossible” because he took it out of the oven himself — basically calling me a liar. My wife tasted it too. It was cold.

I ended up not eating dinner at all, and we left. We’ve been regulars here for a long time and even know the GM, who is great. But this manager, Paul, was rude, unprofessional, and honestly a terrible representation of the restaurant. His attitude alone was enough to make us decide we’ll be driving to Port St. Lucie from now on.

Highly wouldn’t recommend dealing with this manager.

The main reason I’m leaving this review is because the pickup waitress altered my tip from what I wrote and signed on the receipt. Of course the tip was altered to benefit her. Go figure. Also, Baked Potato soup rue was very bland and missing important ingredients. Steakhouse Mac and Cheese was good but lots of large cheese clumps not mixed into the pasta shells.

Want a good steak for a great price? Find a LongHorn Steakhouse. I recently went back. Once again, the friendly service made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. My steak was seasoned beautifully and cooked perfectly to my exact preference. If you are looking to kick your diabetes into overdrive, order the Chocolate Stampede for dessert. It’s diabolically good and way to much for one person (or even three or four ). Rediculous.

While the restaurant offers ample seating, it’s worth noting that it gets extremely crowded during peak dinner hours, so arriving early is a smart move. As such, I prefer going there for either an early or late dinner.

Everything was okay. My chicken sandwich was massive so I had to deconstruct it and eat it with a fork. Very good otherwise. Waiters were very busy short staffed which is not their fault.
