Second time coming in, made it a date night with my wife. Thin crust and crispy, build your pizza like you would a subway sandwich, it is cooked in 3 minutes and served hot.

Restaurant was clean, music playing was at a good comfortable volume where you could have a conversation still and give the Restaurant a tone of a good time with a good mix of music from different genres. The pizza was really good I enjoyed the carnivor adding ricotta cheese to it. Food was delivered and done in a very timely manner. Service was polite and was a father son team training which I enjoy seeing this where a Restaurant encourages family training it makes for a good family atmosphere.

Let me start by saying I normally love Blaze pizza and their gluten free crust. Just not this time.
Ok now for the bad stuff. Ordered online through the app. Paid for a gluten free pizza for a pickup order. An employee called and left a voicemail saying they were out but could switch to cauliflower crust. I tried to all back saying that was fine but no answer. Called several times and got nothing. So I drive to the store. Wait 5 minutes to talk to someone. They’re busy making orders since there’s only 2 employees there. So after they finish making the current people in store orders they start to make mine on the cauliflower crust. Or so I thought. They definitely said cauliflower crust at the store but as you can see in the picture below it’s normal crust. So I waited 10 min for them to start making the pizza after spending 10 min calling them on the phone. Then I have to wait for the pizza to cook. The one employee is nice and offers me a free drink while I wait. I’ve already used more than my lunch hour at this point so when it finally finishes I grab the pizza and leave. Get back to my desk and take a bite just to find out it’s regular crust. May not be a big deal to the average consumer but someone with a gluten allergy this is a big deal. So I throw it away and write a note on the website to be contacted and share my story. Never heard anything so I’m leaving this review.
I hate leaving bad reviews but other gluten free people should know there’s a chance you get the wrong crust. Double check it yourselves before blindly eating it like I did.

After ordering and paying for a two topping pizza and a building one yourself. I received and old, torn, topping-less pizza. This is Unacceptable and I want to raise concern to the manager of this location to ask if he or she finds this business with a customer acceptable. After my first experience at this location this will be my last. Terrible business. They could’ve discounted my order if they were out of topping didn’t. They still charged me instead. And on top of that they chopped away a huge corner of my pizza. I am very disappointed in yesterday’s order because this has never happened when I have bought from a different blaze pizza location. I love my two toppings pizza of mushrooms and onions and this location was too poor to complete my order. They shouldn’t ran a business like that. That’s stealing and cheating customers. DON’T BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. They shouldn’t be getting a wage off of our dollar while giving out bad service to customers.

First time here with my pizza-addicted preschooler! The build your own is 11”, plenty for the 2 of us to share… The ordering process wasn’t explained up front so that paired with new staff in training was a tad over-complicated. This seems like a fairly busy location, so just be patient.

Pi day $3.14 on March 14! At 5pm the line went all the way past the ups store. At 10pm just 5 ppl outside and 20 inside. At 10pm, going from outside the door to getting the pizza took 38 min. Pizza was good, wished the crust was crispier! Sauce was bit overbearing too. For $3.14 it’s fine, any more idk

Brought my family today. Group of 6. Pizza was ok. Not great. Dough was burned on three of the pies. From the looks of the dough the oven was dirty. Staff treated us rudely. It was our first time and. We felt kind of lost. Staff seemed to be more concerned about moving fast than helping us build our pies The couple in line behind me was treated rudely too. They are my friends and they told me they didn’t like how they were treated. Meh…

It’s like a subway for pizza. Several options for toppings, drinks, and desserts. They can accommodate for your requests as they make the pizza in front of you (example, change to fresh gloves).
My only main farce was the reluctance and attitude of the employee cutting the pizza at the end. Not only did he comply with my “clean non-meat blade” with reluctance, but half-a** it, along with the heavily audible personal talk with other employees about how much he didn’t want to be here, plus several profanities. Thinking of the experience made my fantastic pizza taste…mediocre…
I understand that one employee should not make the establishment lose all credibility down to 2 stars and it could just be an odd day. The restaurant is clean and most of the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I wish the oven was cleaned or maintained better along with the cutting station and for a bit more professionalism of a few employees. I cant give a 3.75 so I round it to 4 stars.

Good is as great as always in any Blaze. Great people, friendly attitude and nice ambience.
The place is understaffed totally. Order took forever to fill in and get it done. But place isn’t over crowded or anything.
There are no forks, no straws and no one to refill them. Asking someone at the counter didn’t help either. Place can definitely use few more staff members for sure.
