Review:
We recently visited this Red Lobster location (Talleyville) and had the pleasure of having Mal as our server. I wanted to take the time to recognize the incredible job she did.
From the moment we sat down, Mal was excellent. She was very informative regarding the specials and helpful in pointing out popular menu items to help us decide. Beyond the food, she was genuinely engaging; she asked how our evening was going, and unlike many places where that feels scripted, she seemed truly interested in our response.
We happened to be seated near the order station, so we could hear her interacting with other employees. She was just as positive and friendly with her coworkers as she was with us, joking around and keeping the energy light and fun. We also noticed she gave that same high level of attention and kindness to every table she assisted.
From a customer perspective Red Lobster has a fantastic associate in Mal. I really hope management takes the opportunity to use her to train other staff members, as she sets a perfect example of what great hospitality looks like.

The wife and I went here last Sunday night and had an exceptional time. Our waitress Mal was one of the best waitresses we have ever encountered. She went above and beyond to make our visit pleasant and enjoyable. The seafood was prepared well. Would definitely recommend this red lobster, especially if Mal is your server.

We were jonesing for some shrimp and decided to head up to Red lobster to see how they were doing. We ordered fried shrimp, grilled shrimp and shrimp scampi. Everything came out hot and was very tasty. Only issue was the Chesapeake fries were not seasoned. It’s been awhile since I had cheddar Bay biscuits. They were awesome. Was a pleasant experience. Will be back.

So, this Red Lobster is way better than the Red Lobster in Salisbury, Maryland. It doesn’t have that funny smell like the Red Lobster in Salisbury, Maryland. The furniture is updated. The food even tasted better.
Oh! I would like to point out. There are no more free salads and cheese biscuits to go.
