Worst service ever.
Can’t rate the food because I walked out along with the folks ahead of me.
We were not even acknowledged.
Two gals who “worked” there, were outside sitting at a picnic table smoking.
They strolled in as I was deciding to leave.
One did say she would get to us as she slowly turned to the sink to slowly wash her hands. At least she was cleansing.
I warned folks going in to think twice.
Owner, you better get new employees.
Outside was very dirty.

We were at the second drive thru and was told to wait. A car pulled up to the first drive thru and their order was taken immediately. We were still waiting and nothing. After some time we said was anyone there and was told to hold on again. And again while waiting another car drives to the first drive thru and their order was taken with out waiting and they drove around. We waited another minute and nothing so we went to Wendy’s and our order was taken immediately and the food was hot and delicious delicious.

Manager last name Casey said her headset was dead (highly doubtful) the young lady looked out the drive thru window laughing when we pulled around after sitting there nearly 10 minutes. Manager took the order and pulled us forward after getting the money. We waited only to get ice cold nuggets and fries . I wouldn’t feed that to a pig. Horrible service and awful food . These ppl then sent the black young lady out with the food to the car while I saw one standing back looking as we pulled off I am highly disappointed. As I myself used to be a regional manager for McDonald’s in Lexington years ago. I would have terminated them all for this behavior

I stopped by on Friday February 20th around 4 o’clock. The older lady at the pick up window was very rude and nasty. They gave me cold fries and I asked if the had any warmer fries. Her response was we just took them out. She closed the window and latched it. We just threw the fries away. She was really nasty.

We waited in the drive through for almost 10min and no body said anything. Also we came inside to get our food and it took them litterly an hour to get our food. And they are forgetting abd getting people food wrong on every order. This is unexpected and these people should not be working here. I am very impressed on how slow a McDonald’s can be. Fast food no more like slow food.

If i could give them 0 stars i totally would…. Once again on my morning trip to work with no breakfast or coffee. Use the mobile app to speed up the process… no forget that. They get in no hurry at all. Does absolutely no good. Employees are rude. We were there 3 minutes after they opened. Waited, and was never greeted so went to the window and was told it would be a while before i could get my food. I will NEVER return to this location.

Terrible customer service. We stopped there on our way home to Asheville from Florida just to grab a quick burger. When we arrived we went in to order so we could also use the restroom since it was one of our only breaks. After using the restroom we went to order and no once else was there customer wise so we just decided to order inside. Despite having 5 workers there not doing anything they wanted time to use the kiosks even though I thought that was odd I did it. I get it they are good for when they are busy or even drive through is busy so we can order while they are busy serving. Even so I ordered on the kiosks as they all chatted and hung out. After I put my order in it printed my receipt for me. A worker comes over now and asks what I got that they don’t have the ticket back there. I wait to see how long it’ll take. It’s only the 3 5$ meals with burger, nugget, fry and drink and two double cheeseburgers. They finally give it to me rudely and when I noticed I didn’t have the nuggets i mentioned to them and they wanted to fight me on that it didn’t come with nuggets and it clearly does and it had a picture hanging of it. I asked to speak to a manager who the lady replied it’s me I asked for her name it’s Tanya. I ask her why she didn’t know her menu??? She told me they didn’t come with nuggets they clearly do but she wouldn’t give them to me so I asked for a refund then. All the while her and her employees thought it was soooooo funny that I was so upset about it. I just can’t believe getting simple fast food order is such a travesty. Don’t go to this restaurant. I only hope the owner sees this. Really terrible service. The employees were laughing thinking it’s a huge joke, they even had an employee from bojangles that was there hanging out with them the whole time. No working just hanging out on the clock with friends who don’t even work there. So professional.

Literally forgot my order even though I’m the only person here. After 15 minutes of waiting I went up to see when it’d be ready. The employee said they forgot it. How do you forget the only order in here? No one was even in the drive through.
They had no ice and out of Dr Pepper, diet Dr Pepper, and coke in the dining area. And dining area desperately needed maintenance as well. Kiosk was out of order, and urinal was too. Restroom was dirty too. Wish I could give it 0 stars

I have been to this location a few times over the years. Today was not a good experience. We ordered using the mobile app & dined in. The environment is comfortable & looks nice, but was not clean. The restaurant seemed woefully understaffed. We waited 10 min for food & it was the wrong order (we ordered quarter pounder & chicken strips & got two chicken sandwiches). Waited another 10 minutes & got the strips & a fish sandwich. Another 10 minutes & we finally got almost the right order and went with it. After all, we were on the road & had places to be. Then on our way out, two staff were taking a break right by the door loudly using expletives with many children in the vicinity. The food was fine, but definitely not worth the trouble.

The mold on that Big Mac is so disgusting. How do you not see that? What else in that store is just as bad? Yeah I’m an idiot for trying them one more time. A moldy Big Mac is what I get.

I am insane. I tried to give them another chance with a mobile order. This time it took me 29 minutes to get my food. It was a $10 order so not that much and all easy items. There were 8 orders behind mine on the screen including a family of 6. That family got their food, ate it all, and were leaving when I finally got my food. All other orders were handed out before mine and the majority of them had the same food as I had in my order. When there were no other orders on the screen but mine, I heard them in the back asking the line to make the sandwiches on my order now. McDonalds, this store is embarrassing.
15 minutes and counting for a Big Mac and 10 piece nugget mobile order. All in store orders have been completed while they keep giving the Big Mac to drive through orders. 3 times they said they “need another Big Mac for the mobile order”. Don’t use mobile if you’re getting food from this store. It will take much longer and the staff definitely doesn’t care. I’m not one to make a fuss for something taking a while when everyone else gets their food, but I can understand why some people do when the workers have no care in the world for your time.
