Our server Noel in the bar was AMAZING! We dined at the Puyallup, WA location at 6pm and he was slammed. He still did an amazing job. We didn’t feel like we were waiting for anything at all. He has a great personality and is efficient. The steak was cooked perfect and the other food tasted good.

I ordered the ahi salad to go and receive ALMoST a whole 2 ounces of ahi for a 23 dollar freakin salad bro. Unreal. Otherwise the sald is beautiful and taste very good. But I had to cook some chicken to throw into it because 1.8 ounces is only like 12 grams of protein for a dinner bro. Stingy as hell

We had dinner there is an other night our server was Kyleigh and she was just amazing! She was more than accommodating and she was super funny. Our family tries to ask for her every time we go in. anytime we needed anything. She was right on top of it. Our orders were pretty complicated and she got everything right. She was awesome and made the experience great on top of that we love the BJ’s atmosphere. The food is always good serving times are always good so it’s one of our favorite places to go.

I have never written a review but after my visit to BJ’s Brewhouse, I had to. The food was great, the drinks were on point, but what truly made the night unforgettable was Connor.
This man is pure charisma in human form. The kind of server who somehow reads the vibe of the whole table instantly. He’s funny without trying, attentive without hovering, and makes you feel like you’re a regular even if it’s your first time walking through the door. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and it shows in every interaction.
Everything he recommended slapped. The moment he brought out the pizookie (which he hyped up perfectly), it was over. Best dessert I’ve ever had at a restaurant, hands down. Warm, melty, and the perfect ending to a great night.
If you’re going to BJ’s Brewhouse, ask for Connor. He’s the kind of server who turns a basic dinner into a whole experience.
I’d give 6 stars if I could.

We had Angela and she was amazing. She was funny, knowledge about menu and checked on us often. Hope to get her again. The bbq chicken pizza was totally awesome. QST time having that one. Now our fav.

Came here for the first time for our 10 year anniversary and had a horrible experience. The place wasn’t empty but definitely not full. Waited about 20-25 minutes for our appetizer to come out and then after waiting 45 minutes for our entrees to come out that we asked to be fully cooked, we received two pink burgers. We didn’t feel like waiting another 45 minutes for food so we asked for the burgers to be removed. A manager came by and we received a giftcard for a future visit hoping it’s a better one. We have little kids and rarely get a date night all to ourselves, so not sure a future visit is going to happen. If it does, I’ll revise my review, but as for now this is our first and last time at BJ’s Brewhouse.

Hannah did a great job recommending the ribeye steak as a favorite choice for a lot of diners. Steak was very tender well cooked almost smelt in your mouth. Hannah checked on this several times. We had enough stink to make steak and eggs for breakfast at next day. The prawns were also excellent service was fairly quick even though this place is very busy parking was a little sketchy as fill up quickly in prime dinner time so we came early. I would recommend come early if you want to get a seat and reservations or a must.
