Denied access to a locked restroom during a personal emergency because I did not make a purchase. I understand locking the restrooms and controlling who comes in and out, but you shouldn’t out right deny access based on a purchase, I probably spend thousands of dollars a year at McDonalds as a truck driver, and that might be changing after this, what a disgrace.

Service is pretty quick but the price is getting out of hand. Why has cheap crappy fast food become just as expensive as a steak house? $10 for 3 chicken tenders which is about 1/3 of a single chicken breast and to top it off they werent hot and i think i chipped a tooth on the second bite. I don’t know how the CEO of mcdonalds can sleep at night….

Fries are salty you cant even eat them, I’ve experienced this more then once at this location, very unprofessional, the lady at the window doesn’t even speak English. How am i supposed to speak to someone and tell them that my order is completely messes up and needs fixed? Waited 10 mins for a new box of fries. Completely unprofessional!!!!

The service of this location is slow and the employees are rude. Not only will you sit in their drive-thru for far longer than you ever could have imagined, but they will also *hang up on you* when you call to discuss the order that they failed to complete correctly.
On balance, this is a breakfast sandwich, not the end of the world. In and of itself, this clearly does not merit a review… and I would have happily left it that way had the employee not hung up on me while attempting to discuss the matter.
It took three calls before they finally answered the phone to discuss the McDelivery order I placed *through the McDonald’s app*. The employee with whom I spoke insisted that what McDonald’s erroneously put inside the *sealed bag* that they handed to DoorDash is… somehow a DoorDash issue? Yet, it was not DoorDash who made an incomplete sandwich (supposed to have egg and cheese) and sent it along in a sealed bag without a napkin or straw for the drink I purchased.
We all have bad days. If this had been a one-time experience, that would also not merit a review. However, this is part of a pattern of rude service exacerbated by substandard food and, on many other occasions, languishing in their dingy drive-thru.
The obvious answer here is to choose another location, which I will be doing in the future. While true, it’s also reasonable to be frustrated in the meantime and to share this experience for those who may wish to consider it.

I just left this location. Got all the way home to feed my kids and my child had a roach in his fries. He bit the into it and spit it out. This is fucin disgusting. I can’t even call the store the phone is out of order. I will be calling corporate in the morning

Great experience as usual did the mobile app. I ordered happy meal for my granddaughter & I used my rewards to get a filet of fish, brought a fry . Both the order taker & guy who gave us the food was amazing nice. The food was great. I appreciate awesome service (oops didn’t get pictures of our food she was hungry & me too)

Stop at this McDonald’s on a Saturday evening around 10 PM. This was the least impressed I’ve ever been with the McDonald’s establishment. The service was quite literally terrible. I pulled into the first drive-through, which they have two, and it was not working. I reversed and went to the other side and after a few minutes, they took my order. They were out of a large portion of the menu, which was also disappointing. We then proceeded to wait in line every bit of 20 minutes before eventually leaving as a line had it moved at all. I would not recommend this McDonald’s nor would I ever return.

I got passed entering the drive thru by a driver in a Dodge charger who used the exit to speed around me. Then go inside and they took the entire self serve drink counter away This entire neighborhood is a joke. Well done
