Placed a mobile order today at this location. Upon recieving my food I was very disappointed. I order a Big Mac Combo & 20pc Nugget. When I opened my my BigMac box the burger was loaded with lettuce and sauce making the burger soggy , the fries were not fresh rather they looked and felt like the needed a bluechew & my Mcnuggets tasted & felt like they had been sitting away from the heat lamp. The only good thing about the order was the drink was cold enough. I would not recommend this location.

Worst McDonald’s ever , their outside menu doesn’t work . Got my receipt barely visible and couldn’t even see my order . Homeless all around , some front doors were not even open . I ordered a big Mac meal which I think was sitting there due to how the lettuce was looking and the fries were hard. I know it’s busy at times but damn we all are paying customers.

Had a bad experience being at this McDonald’s. The floors are nasty, the tables are nasty, the employees don’t talk with you directly and they don’t take their job seriously. Seems like their short staff as well so there isn’t a lot of people that can help but also they just don’t want to. All they do is chat with each-other and ignore the people in the front for 15-20 minutes. Honestly I’d fire all the people and look for new people to work there because they simply are not doing their job right and if you don’t I can see this place getting shut down REAL QUICKLY. It took wayyyy too long for just a single happy meal to get to my table, it took like 20 minutes just for my happy meal to get to me. Overall my experience was a 1 out of 10. Will NOT be coming back here again.

The employees do not want to interact with you now that they have kiosks. And never have the kiosks worked right. No self serve fountain, and you practically have to throw hands to get a refill. Interior is modern… and cold as ice and very closed in. The food, however, was decent for a Macca’s.

Placed a mobile order upon arrival was told they are only serving drinks after asking for a refund I was told to pull to second window where I waited for 20 minutes as my food was cooked fries were soggy one of my McDoubles was SMOTHERED in ketchup when I didn’t even ask for ketchup i literally had to replace my top bun with a piece of bread because the bun was soggy from the ungodly amount of ketchup not to mention the burger patty’s were burnt 0/10 experience nd lazy staff should’ve walked in and made it myself

Waiting 20 plus minutes and no help, when I left and called to speak with a manger she gave a number to call in Visalia and said to call this number because she didn’t have time to answer my questions.and when I asked for her name she just hung up on me. This is the kind of people McDonald’s has working for them!! Not very professional.
