Well i drank a frozen blackberry most DELISH BLACK BERRY MARTINI!! But didn’t eat all day and had my bday dessert as my fiance ate a delish smash burger and fries with a mango martini mind you WE NEVER DRINK EVER!!! so I couldn’t taste the alcohol in mine bc I guess it has patron in it I could taste his ewww he loved it I don’t like but mine was good I took 2 amazing bites of my face dessert the lava cake and I got really sick bc I don’t drink didn’t eat much that day but trying his burger and fries great but ended night way earlier than I expected but service was excellent very kind my fave

What can I say… I just love Chili’s.. I am not one of those people who have to go to fancy high end restaurants. I love the feeling of being in a place where I ate when I was 21 and had very little money and the chips and salsa were my meal. Now I can afford to go anywhere and I still love Chili’s in countryside. The staff is so nice and helpful, they are friendly and fun and love to engage with each table. The food is great even though I don’t like the new queso…Taking the old one off the menu was a huge mistake… The drinks are strong and delicious and I love the Halloween Witches Brew they have out right now. Its so cute and fun.

This restuarant has positive and negative issues. The chips were fresh and the guacamole dip was great. The salsa was ok and the queso was runny. The chicken tenders were hot and crispy. The fries were the quality grade but came out cold. The steak fajitas were not flank or skirt steak. They were tough to chew or swallow without a drink and had no flavor. They needed more seasoning. The rice was ok and black beans were good. The Bloody Mary’s were ok but they did not offer a major brand of vodka from which to make the cocktails. The server Shawn was helpful when ordering and served us well. After not coming to this location for many years, I wanted to give them another chance. Especially after the publicity that Chilis as a whole was trying to drastically improve the food and service. If you want patronize this location, I would eat the QP or Oldtimer burger, the Chicken Crispers, and their Margaritas. Other choices on the menu are a hit or miss risk. I would not recommend this location as a first choice.

The over l overall experience at this location was horrendous as a first timer. Usually I frequent Applebee’s on McMullen. However this Chili’s is closer and easy access in traffic. Nothing during my experience changed my mind about making this a new stop for me. I’ll drive it off my way to Applebee’s on McMullen, than return here. Service was ,ehh. Food was less than memorable, atmosphere reminds me of alike a damp basement.

They had very delicious food servers are very kind, courteous and play atmosphere’s the regular barn grill. It has TVS with games on it very family orientated place also are recommended to a lot of people that have kids of all ages and to have dinner without cooking it themselves.

My experience at this restaurant was acceptable, but not the best.
The most positive part of the visit was the server. Even though the restaurant was close to closing, she was attentive. The service was not outstanding, but it was decent and respectful, which I appreciate.
However, there were several issues that affected the experience:
• The silverware was not completely clean.
• The person who brought our food (not our server) did not bring the A1 sauce we requested for the steak. We had to ask the server again, and she did bring it, but after we had already started eating.
• The food quality was not very good: the mashed potatoes looked very dry, and the broccoli lacked good texture and presentation.
I believe this restaurant has the potential to offer much better service and food quality than what I experienced during this visit. We arrived around 9:20 p.m., with about an hour left before closing, so I understand that timing may have played a role.
For that reason, I am willing to give it a second chance by coming back earlier another day, and I will update my review afterward.

They care to get to know the customers in wanting to build mutually supportive relationship. I wish people could take lessons from them on both business management and people skills. I appreciate I can visit and feel the pressure and stress from everyday life fade.

Once I get home, I put their chips in a sealable bag so they stay fresh and their salsa in a plastic storage container for the fridge as their paper leaks. Their chips and salsa are wonderful to have for a few days. The fajitas meal is large and last for a couple days.
The side take out wing company option is nice. What is the company name?

I had such a great experience at Chili’s! Our server was Diona (Deonna)! The service was amazing friendly, fast, and super attentive. You could really tell they cared about making sure everything was perfect. The food came out hot and delicious, and the overall vibe was fun and welcoming. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

What a fabulous visit to this location. This was perfect primarily due to the service level of Michelle. She had a wonderful attitude and positive energy that was contagious. The fajitas came out sizzling hot and delicious. Steak was amazing. Shrimp was yummy. Chicken tender and tasty. Also enjoyed the watermelon margarita. Overall great value and experience and I would return.

Just had a fantastic lunch here with my wife at the Chili’s on US 19 and Enterprise. The service was excellent. Our waiter Collins was perfect. I will definitely ask for him next time. The food was excellent and served in a timely manner. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. Will definitely be returning to this location
