This restaurant never disappoints. The service is excellent, the staff is amazing, and the food is genuinely delicious.
I wouldn’t put too much weight on a few negative reviews—everyone’s experience is different. If you’re thinking about trying it, go for it. I really recommend this place, and I think you’ll love it.

We go to Florida once a year and we always make an effort to go the La Herradura at least once or twice. The food is outstanding and delicious , the service is incredible and the atmosphere at Christmas is exceptional. Our servers have always been the friendliest and most inviting. Go to La Herradura again and again! I love it here!

Went with my family on a saturday night expecting quality service and amazing food. Left feeling extremely dissatisfied. Arrived at approximately 6:30 and food did not arrive until ~7:20. Our dinner was lukewarm at best. We also never received updates on the arrival on our food so we were stuck eating chips awkwardly anticipating the arrival of mediocre food. Overall our time would have been better spent at a chain restaurant.

I ordered a wet burrito to-go, and what I got was anything but. It was completely dry, like the Sahara Desert dry. There was no sauce, no moisture, nothing. I’ve had more flavor and better texture in a Top Ramen.
I specifically asked for shrimp in my burrito, and what I got were a few tiny, dry shrimp that made the ones in instant noodles look gourmet. This meal was tasteless and a huge letdown.
Save your money!!!

I gave this restaurant a chance after not returning for 10 years after an awful experience. Amazed at the fact they were still around, I assumed a change in ownership and kitchen accounted for their longevity. Still wary, I decided to just order some basics to go. If they could get their chips and salsa, refried beans and guac right, then a return visit would be warranted.
The salsa tasted like it came from a can, then had a few ingredients added. The refried beans were watery, unseasoned and just dreadful. The guac was the most edible, but sub-par at best. Shame, location and atmosphere are nice. Stay away.

I freaking LOVED this place! Went on my birthday later at night and they were so amazing! The food was SPECTACULAR and the wait staff were so sweet. I wanted to tip her the entire check
It’s bright but not overly so and they make it feel like you’re coming home. The decor made me want to know everything about the culture because the images were so pretty and moving!
The food had me and my husband picking more and more. Our waitress was so surprised we kept wanting to try more of the food. We couldn’t stop ordering more
Oh and do NOT sleep on the fact that they don’t have a physical drink menu because their margaritas are PHENOMENAL ‼️

I really wanted to try this place because of all the recommendations my friends gave me, but in my opinion it isn’t the best Mexican restaurant in Orlando. I must say the service was very good and our waiter was very friendly. The michelada was delicious, also the gucamole was fresh and tasty. But I didn’t love the food, my shrimp cocktail was accompanied by an overly sweet sauce that had nothing to do with the dish. The place is small but cozy. I don’t think I’ll go back but overall it was a good experience.

Got food poisoning, and food didn’t even taste that great, overpriced a glass of lemonade $9. They didn’t have drink menus. And be mindful when tipping because they are already billing you 18% and asking extra tip.

Beautiful restaurant, awesome decor, live singer was very good however a little too loud for the space- waiter could barely hear us.
It’s on the pricier side, for a party of 6 we ended up at approximately $180 and some of us shared meals. Meat not very seasoned, rice had no flavor- did not feel fresh, portions pretty big. Outside eating available, gratuity automatically included.

I am local and this is one of the places where I bring my family and friends when they come to Florida. Quality, service and price is what I love the most about it. Make a reservation if visiting during a weekend or holiday to avoid all the issues you read about this place. It gets packed fast. Katherine thanks for your great service. You rock girl. This place delivers and you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend it.
