This place would have gotten 5 stars, but they had gotten rid o a lot of their gluten free options, but didn’t update the website. That’s ok
ok. My wife was able to find a few things on the menu that she could eat without issue. The server we had was phenomenal, because he was willing to go back and forth to the kitchen to make sure that he got the correct answers for my wife’s gluten options. The food is amazing, the staff is phenomenal, and the atmosphere is incredible.

A 5-Star Experience: Amazing Flavors and Top-Tier Service
First Impressions & Service
The atmosphere of this place is absolutely spectacular. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth. I mentioned to the hostess that my English was a bit limited, and she couldn’t have been kinder or more patient as she showed us to our table.
A huge shoutout to our server, ANAYA. She was at our table within two minutes and was incredibly attentive throughout the entire meal. She checked in on us perfectly—not too much, but just enough to make sure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality truly made our night!
The Food & Drinks
The menu is focused and well-executed. We started with some sushi and then moved on to the ramen:
Shrimp Wonton Ramen: My husband ordered this, and it was delicious.
Premium Tonkotsu Red: This was my choice, and honestly, it was out of this world. If you enjoy rich, bold flavors, this is the one to get. It was easily the highlight of the meal for me!
To wash it all down, my husband had a Sapporo beer, and I tried the “L.A. Girl” drink, which was refreshing and paired perfectly with the spice of the ramen.
Parking & Logistics ️
Regarding parking, we didn’t have any trouble. We found a spot right on the street very close to the entrance, which made the whole experience stress-free.
This was our first time visiting, and it was such an enjoyable experience. Between the exquisite food and Anaya’s amazing service, we will definitely be back!❤️‍

This is a reminder to ask your server if the food in the picture is actually how it will be when served. The tonkotsu black ramen turned out great, but my brother’s Garlic Rice bowl was not it. It was nothing like what was advertised.
As shown in the picture, it’s supposed to be finished with an egg table-side. Our server informed us that the kitchen now incorporates the egg into the rice because they don’t have the equipment to do it table-side. But clearly there is a difference in execution even if the egg is still included, both in presentation and texture. Second, it’s supposed to come with chicken chashu as an add on . Instead what was included was dry shredded chicken. This was not chashu by any means, and I feel like a Japanese cuisine focused restaurant would know better.
I don’t mind if food doesn’t turn out that great, but what bothers me is when you try to order based off a photo and its description of what’s included and it’s not accurate at all AND it doesn’t taste good. This isn’t necessarily the servers fault, and I hope this gets corrected by management.
Also there was some sauce on my side of the table I had to wipe up when we were seated and then one of the sauce bowls were dirty.

Dining at this establishment was a truly delightful experience. From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere enveloped us in warmth and elegance, setting the stage for an exceptional meal. Each dish was a masterpiece, expertly prepared and bursting with flavor, showcasing the chef’s dedication to culinary excellence. Our server, Antonio, elevated the experience even further with his attentiveness, knowledge, and genuine passion for hospitality. His recommendations were spot-on, and his commitment to ensuring our satisfaction was evident throughout the evening. Overall, this restaurant offers an unparalleled dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable culinary adventure, and remember to ask for Antonio.

The food was great as always! We tried Jinya in Virginia and loved it ever since, but then here the chef introduced a new seasoning that took us by surprise. The new drinks were refreshing! Gracie was our server and she made the experience even better with her attention to detail and amazing customer service!

Loved my first time having lunch here with my coworkers. We ordered the brussels sprouts, gyoza, then our own ramen bowls. All the ingredients were delicious!

I had the spicy ramen (at the 2nd hot level “spicy”) and it was the perfect amount of heat. The green tea was especially refreshing since I didn’t have my morning coffee and I wanted to try something new.

If I’m ever at this part of town again, I’d definitely be ordering from Jinya again.

I arrived here anxious, jetlagged and super hungry.
Left full and happy.

I kindly asked to be seated by the window and host was understanding.
I’ve always wanted to eat here! Finally got a chance when I went to visit the Dallas Aquarium.

Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Bathroom was clean.

Walked in on a cold day and couldn’t have left feeling any more warm & fuzzy. Gracie was my server & took incredible care of me. From the moment I walked in she greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. She was knowledgeable, great at explaining the menu items, gave perfect recommendations, and was efficient in timing everything out. Bonus points for having the sweetest & funniest personality too! The food was delicious with good portions, presented beautifully, and full of flavor. The drinks were well crafted and creative. The atmosphere was vibey, and even the music and lighting were tasteful and added to the experience. Cannot recommend enough and cannot wait to come back! Make sure you request to sit with Gracie when you come because she honestly was the highlight of the experience and made everything 10x better!

We were happy with our experience at Jinya. The service was quick and efficient (shout out to Anais). Food was tasty, recommend the bao buns and highly recommend ordering thick noodles for the ramen. Lychee martini was also delicious!
