Order Dine-In, put the number in the kiosk and they still call your order number and give it to you in a bag. Do not even bring it to your table. Took them over 20 minutes to give us the food once received. It was cold undercooked and not what we asked for. This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have been to in a long time.

Your drive thru worker wouldn’t stop cutting me off when I was trying to order, and he STILL got it wrong. He snatched my money, then threw my change. Whoever was handing out food threw our drinks at me, and was rude when asking me to pull up. And you want $17 an hour? You can’t even follow SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS. No wonder you people work fast food.

This place is horrible very rude and disorganized. They messed up my food while making it forgot to put the sauce on there. I kindly went up there and pointed it out and what I got back in return was a big squirt of sauce put into a chicken nugget box Either then and return said no I would like you to remake it now because that’s not how it should be done and with massive attitude and sarcasm. It was done. I will never go back to this location again.

It does not matter if I get a Big Mac at 1035am or 959pm the Big Macs SUCK!! Every single time it’s like slop and the burger is burnt every single time. This is a five dollar hamburger and these people cannot get this right I don’t understand. Do they not teach how to make a Big Mac? What is that black ring around the outside.. Every Big Mac always looks like this..THIS IS CRAP!! Do better McDonald’s!!

I usually choose this location over Broadway, but tonight they completely lost my business. Kids wanted McDonald’s so I caved. Everything about my order was wrong. I didn’t get the sauces asked for, my large fry was half full and half full of old, cold, hard fries at that. The nuggets were burnt and cold. I will not be returning. Guess I shouldn’t expect much from McDonald’s anywhere.

If I could give negative stars I would. Every table in the restaurant was dirty to some degree. At least two of the staff members were sitting and eating and joking around. When I went to the bathroom it was very unsanitary. My dinner companion went to her restroom and she said that it was moderately clean. However she got to witness a worker not washing her hands after she was done in the bathroom. For some reason they do not like to serve any of the coffee beverages in the evening time. Almost every time that we go in the evening they like to put the food in to the bags even when we say it is for here.

If you have the ability to avoid this McDonald’s in the morning, I recommend you do. I waited for my food for nearly 20 minutes, and it still never came. I could see the bag on the counter, with the food getting cold, but apparently I was waiting for coffee to be poured. For nearly 20 minutes.
Then a Greyhound bus pulled in, and all of the passengers ordered, paid, and received their food. While I still waited. When I asked for a refund, I was told there was only one manager… and I would have to wait longer to get my refund.
So I’m going to chalk up my lost $7.85 and no breakfast to experience gained… and avoid this McDonald’s from now on.
