A wonderful French dining experience. Our group was welcomed by the owner and served numerous courses during the 2.5 hour dinner. All of the offerings were delicious!!

We visited for the first time last night. Absolutely lovely. The chef and the owner were both lovely and a delight to talk with.
This was my first experience with French cuisine, and I was floored. The flavors of each course were complex and well developed. I can’t wait to return. It may be more than some folks are used to spending, but it is well worth it.

Make a reservation. Relax and enjoy a lovely evening without any rush.

This was a very long meal, 3 hours in total. Other than that I have no complaints. Intimate setting and the chef came out to speak to us about the food.

The shrimp with Ratatouille was really great. There was a tomato included stuffed with olive tapenade. Solid.

The sauce that came with the duck confit was a reduced port wine sauce. Sauce on the filet was a cognac reduction. The sauces is really made both dishes.

I had never heard of this French restaurant before a friend invited me to join her. It is cash or check only and BYOB wine, so come prepared.

The restaurant is located at the end of a dead end road in a residential area, so you may feel out of place when you pull into the gravel drive. The restaurant name is marked on a sign, so you are sure you are in the right place.

The service starts the minute you step outside your car. I was met at the door by the owner taking me to my table. Our server was wonderful. He told us that the restaurant had been in business 40 years, and that there used to be horse training and a vineyard on site.

The 7 courses were all amazing! We started with tomato bisque soup, followed by shrimp scampi as the appetizer. They have 3 entree options daily. The previous table ordered all of the filets and my friends took the last of the duck, so I got the remaining salmon (I definitely wasn’t disappointed though!). Vinegarette salad and a cheese plate were served together with fresh bread. The chocolate dessert with berry confit was delicious served with coffee.

It was very interesting talking to the owner about her life after dinner.

I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

I really loved it. Very clean place. The chef was amazing. I have food allergies so they made sure to fix food i could have. My husband took me here for my birthday, and the owner even played happy birthday for me. They give plenty of time to eat each dish before they brought out the next. I dont drink wine but you can bring your own bottle. I drink water and my husband drink some wonderful lemonade then coffee with desert. We hope to come back with some friends. It was nice to have one on one with chef and owner.

A dining experience that will meet and exceed your expectations. You are welcomed into the chef’s home for an amazingly intimate old school dining experience. This is not cutting edge gastroenterology. This is traditional french cuisine prepared by an expert that focuses on technique and execution of quality ingredients. Multiple courses each complimenting the next will draw you through a complete dining experience. This experience can’t be duplicated in any traditional restaurant setting. It’s hard to review individual dishes since they build from each other but we loved the tomato bisque. The shrimp was perfectly done over a ratatouille that was delicately seasoned. I had the salmon which was cooked just right to be moist but not raw and served with an orange sauce that sent off the savory fish taste. My partner steak was done exactly at rare with a cracked pepper sauce bringing out the umami of the meat cut. The salad was extremely simple but delicious the house made vinaigrette with some cheese just cuts through the richness of the prior dishes refreshing you for cheese bread dessert and coffee. Don’t forget to bring your own wine and I’d recommend a few Cold beers as well. You may want to consider a port wine for desert too. For an intimate setting a unique dining experience an excellent meal you cannot do better than this house.

Well this is certainly a place that lives up to expectations. A truly inviting, unique, and warm experience. First, Geraldine and chef Phillipe cater to your dietary needs. Gluten free, keto, vegetarian, they can make the entire 7 courses work! Chef Phillipe comes to your table to take your order and explains each plate– you never see that anywhere else! This is a full dining experience so do not come here in a rush; it will probably take a minimum of 2 hours to get through the seven courses. Dress up, be fancy, bring a bottle of wine, and enjoy yourself.

Price is absolutely reasonable and you will completely get your money’s worth. We were stuffed at the end but still had room for desert! Also, It’s cash or check ONLY so don’t forget!
