Wow what an experience! Upon arriving to this location for the first time I was instantly met with the doors being opened as my wife and I carried our little one inside with their carseat because we take Uber. I was offered a holder right out the jump for the carset which in my many times dining in at a Olive Garden I have not even heard of until today. We were quickly seated with the proper amount of utensils as well as menus for both the wife and I as well as a kids menu for our 3 yo. During our visit our server Cameron greed us with a warm smile. Didn’t just do his job duties but went above and beyond. He as well as the kitchen crew got us our breadsticks as well as appetizers within 2-3 minutes of requesting them. Both sauces that was requested was prompty placed at our table. Cameron was at our table 2-3 minutes after being seated and offered to start us off with drinks. Luckly because the wife and I get the same meal when we go to Olive Garden we already had a broad idea of what we were going to order. Cameron took our order with absolute professionalism and personality. Was back at our table and offered refills on our drinks as well as endless breadsticks before we even requested them. I HIGHLY congradulate this server for being top notch. Personality was vivid, not bland. ALWAYS had a smile when coming over to our table to ask how our meal was, if we needed anything additonal. Quickly took unused plates or used but no longer being used plates away to clear off our table. Speaking of clearing off our table. When my family had finished our meal, we requested leftover trays to take home what was left, in which once again Cameron delivered trays fast! Provided up the famous mint chocolates and THANKED us for coming to eat at their establishment. HANDS DOWN the chef in the kitchen made the food amazingly! Food was hot, not cold. Food was FRESH not stale. The table was CLEAN no mess on it when seated, no food debris under the table or chairs. Plates as well as forks didn’t have leftover food from prior customers. Bathrooms were not nasty, didn’t stink. Trash was also very well maintained. After a stressful day, finishing it off with the Greentree Olive Garden was the perfect end to the day and an amazing last meal of the day. I’m not one to often leave positive reviews, however I felt that the service that Cameron had provided to us was ABOVE excellence! Would come back again to this specific location for the server and staff alone. Thank you Greentree Olive Garden for making our Saturday evening special! 🙂

Yes, yes…I know it’s just Olive Garden, so what should I expect…but this location just seemed particularly disappointing in terms of food portion size and quality!
I still gave three stars – primarily because our both the host and server were very friendly and provided great service.
The dining area was also comfortable and very clean throughout.
Now that we got the positives out of the way, let’s discuss some of the issues..
First of all, just look at that Fettuccine Alfredo in my photo!
I know Olive Garden has never been “authentic” Italian pasta or somewhere to expect exceptionally gourmet quality, but this Fettuccine was exceptionally BAD!!
A watery, soggy, & crappy MESS!
The portion size was similarly ridiculous. Can’t even fill the bowl that is already designed to make it deceptively look like more than it really is – I had basically finished it within 2-3 fork-filled bites!
Also, this is perhaps just the larger corporate policy at this point, but since when did entrees get limited to only one refill of your soup or salad that comes along with it?
Either way, this was mostly a disappointing experience, and I’m not sure if I’ll be stopping at an Olive Garden again in the near future…

This is your classic Olive Garden experience. An array of tasty pastas, excellent salads and breadsticks, and an informally nice Italian ambiance. Quick and kind service and neat decoration. Minimal wait and plenty of parking. Nothing too over-the-top, but a great choice for a family dinner.

Had a weekend dinner there. Lot of people but we didn’t have to wait for a table. Service was great, the food was delicious. We particularly liked the wedding soup there but we heard that only the branches at Pittsburgh still serve it, all other branches of Olive Garden don’t, which is a shame since we have loved the wedding soup since day one.

Haven’t been to Olive Garden in over 20 years. The breadsticks we’re the real reason you’d go. Food used to be pretty good.
These breadsticks we’re terrible. The cheapest kind of dough and then just covered with way too much garlic salt.
Bring back real bread and garlic butter.
The calamari was salt breaded with way to much batter. Do not recommend.
The pastas were good. Not over cooked and large portions of protein (we got some version of chicken and shrimp for all for plates).
Service was very good. Staff was friendly.

Food was good, as it typically is. I think a little more beef would be appropriate on the limited time braised beef and tortellini- but it did taste good. I also got one of their chilled add-on meals for $6, a spaghetti with meat sauce. More meat sauce would have been nice. The sauce covered just over half of the pasta.

I ordered from the catering menu for Christmas Eve this year. I got the big salad and bread sticks. What a great idea. Service was great! Pick-up was great. I’d do that again in a heartbeat! The large salad is big enough for 6-8 people and comes with bread sticks. I got mine uncooked and cooked them with our meal. I also grabbed an extra bag of sticks for future dinners.
Now with Olive Garden delivering, what a great way to try other meals.

It doesn’t matter who’s working here what time of day whether it’s carry out or dine in I eat here once every three or four weeks I’d say and every single time I have a positive experience good service there’s a male and a female manager who I’ve met absolutely phenomenal every server every host I’ve had here is great. Food is always on point. My bill is never below a 100$. This is a 15 out of 10 establishment.
