Delicious fried chicken . It’s almost as good as the original from El Salvador. Service is a bit slow during the rush hour, but worthwhile nevertheless.

When I go and it’s not crowded, I’m able to get my food rather quickly. But if I go and it’s busy I noticed the staff seem to serve Latino customers 1st. I’ve experienced this twice at this location. Today I counted five families who came in after me but got their food before me while I stood there and waited. I had been waiting 10 minutes and was told it would be another 10 minutes before my sandwich was ready. I had to request a refund because they forgot to make my food. The food is decent, but I get the feeling that they don’t want other races eating there. Plus there are men standing outside, asking for money all because they open the door for you. Don’t go here…The location at Columbia Mall has better service.

Customer Service is great. Staff is very nice and friendly. Food is very fresh. Seasoning is a little lacking for our taste but none the less the food is pretty good. The chicken was well made but lacked enough seasoning. Coleslaw and plantains were amazing.

I placed my order , I was told they don’t have any dinner rolls, ( that is not the first time also),I told the cashier could I get a small soda and he said NO, I told him that is a bad answer for customers service for the inconvenience more when I’m a regular customer, after I received my order I was told they don’t have a BREAST, they brought me a thigh instead and small legs , nothing never order. I don’t Happy with my order and ruined my dinner time
David ( name of the cashier was very rude ) they know the issues but even the girl ( MOD ), look like manager on duty when in the back area and never came to apologize .
Cleaning person around swipe in front of customers, tables dirty, look like the rushing for close the store but is unacceptable, you can check cameras, love love your food but today was a really really bad day experience, hope you can talk to your employees and management about Customer Service, thank you and waiting for respond

Beniology 101
I am deeply disturbed by what I received for my order after a 30 min wait. Came home to discover a white hair tucked into the bun of my sandwich and an eyelash. I also found a drop of some kind of liquid on the top of my bun, which I’m sure is spit. I’ll be taking it to a lab to confirm. Why did they do this? I literally placed my order and stepped to the side. Needless to say, I could not eat this contaminated food, so my time & money was wasted. I am left pondering their senseless, hateful, & unprofessional behavior. They also had a self-serve ice bucket, which was unsanitary and unsafe.

Allegedly website says close at 9pm. I was there on Sunday nov 30 at 8:03pm
We was told they was only taking Togo orders and taking 25-30 minutes wait.
The entire place was messy and unorganized, staff scrambling the floors while the business was open (8:20pm), taking down drinks (juices)
As a franchisee they should have standards
The fried plantains was burned.
Best part of our order was the rolls.

Came in the store on 12-24-25 about 317pm I ask can I get a 12 piece roasted chicken the lady who took my order name was Sandra she told me it would be a 45min wait so I decided not to get the chicken until she opened up the warming case where they keep the chicken so I said it’s a 45min wait for that chicken she literally told me yes I just shook my head and left out I do understand it’s Christmas Eve lot of orders so ok I decided to go online see what the wait time was going be on there I declined I get back to my car my wife ask me did I get the chicken I told her everything I said I think that lady is raciest my wife is Spanish but she doesn’t look it I’m African American she goes in there right after me not even 5 minutes and get the chicken I was pissed because you don’t need people like that running your establishment I went in there ask to speak with a manager and I explained to her basically the manager was taking up for Sandra didnt appreciate the manager either so the manager says I will have a talk with her i highly doubt that so I said you know what I just take this up with corporate or bbb reason being is because I told the manager I had a issue with Sandra or Sondra on Easter this year so I told the manger how would you feel if you came in my store and you ordered something and I say we don’t have it or it’s a wait and then turn around and give it to the customer behind me won’t be coming back I will not recommend this store to none of my family friends whatsoever ever unless you the owner take action Laurel location
