Andolini’s Sliced is a local business run by two brothers, Mike and Jim Bausch. Mike and Jim grew up in Jersey and spent time on the West Coast, too, and bring the full range of great pizza and Italian cuisine to their restaurants in the Tulsa metro. Everything that can be made in house, is made in house. That includes the dough, crusts, the sauces, dressings, mozzarella cheese – even the sausage is handmade at the store. No freezers, no microwaves, no rolling pins (we toss dough!) and no sheeters.
Italian dishes & specialty pizzas cooked up with homemade mozzarella cheese in a bustling locale.

The fried mozzarella was crispy and melty, and was extra good with the marinara sauce.
The pizza was great as well. It was very cheesy and heavy, and we got full much faster than we thought.
Our server was named Haven I think, and she was great.
Definitely would recommend other visitors to come by and check out Andolini’s.

We ordered a Spring Street pizza, which, while almost too large for our hotel room desk, was delicious and satiated us for the evening and throughout the immediate few days after our return home.
The especially poignant highlight for me, though, was the gelato. I wanted to try samples (but figured doing so wasn’t ideal on a busy Saturday near 20:00/8:00p), but the crème brûlée gelato was fantastic. I finished it so quickly even despite feeling full from the pizza, and I wanted more.
Even if it’s busy — which is why I’d consider ordering online — if you want pizza and/or gelato in downtown Tulsa, I’d stop by Andolini’s and would again myself.
