My lunch experience at P.F Chang’s was awesome! This was my first time dinning in for lunch and it did not disappoint. I was instantly greeted and welcomed by the hostess, along with being seated quickly. My server was very kind and helpful with both the drink/lunch menus. Every suggestion he gave tasted great. I had the Winter Margarita, which was like a drink and a half. For my appetizer, I had Shrimp Dumplings with Chilli Sauce. It was delicious. For my main course I had Mongolian Beef with Lo Mein noodles, also equally delicious! Overall a great dinning experience for lunch!

Wanted to check this out it has been a longtime since I have been here . We got the green beans as an appetizer . I like the light batter. They were pretty good. I had the pick three egg drop soup and the Mongolian beef with white rice . The beef was very tender just not a lot of it . The egg drop soup had like a beef broth taste. I m used to the chicken base. It really didn’t taste like egg drop. the crunchy honey shrimp noodles The shrimp was not crunchy . It was kind of soggy.. Had the salt and pepper prawns was tasty but a lil pricey at $30 . Also had a big bowl of soup can’t recall the name . All in all it was decent . . Nothing stood out as being great .

Ate here for the first time. Ashley provided great service and was very helpful in selecting options as a vegan. Brandon (GM ) came out and discussed options and made me a couple options to try! The green beans are hands down the best!!! Thank you so much for caring about my experience!!

I’ve loved PF Chang’s for 20+ years and this location just does everything right. Service at the bar is always great. Service is fast and friendly (ask for Trevor). Lunch specials are the best (and no one seems to know about them) and if Tito is in the kitchen you’re in the for the best Mongolian Beef of your life.

The food and service were excellent! Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Our waiter Richard was super friendly and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place!

We came to this restaurant at 5pm on a Sat. On one of the coldest days in Nashville! The restaurant was approx. 60% full with about 8-
open 4 tops but the hostess sat us RIGHT BY THE DOOR! It was FREEZING!
I asked if we could move to one of the 8 open 4 tops & she said all other tables were reserved. Very odd as we were there nearly 2 hrs and only 2 other tables came in. My daughter and I ate with our coats on. Fortunately, Our waitress Anna was incredible. She’s very sharp, professional and kind – I’d recruit her if I wasn’t from out of state. The food and drinks were great. Our experience would have been perfect if not for the cold location of our table. I wish management would remind staff that customers are their bread and butter and attempts should be made to meet reasonable requests. Laura B

We had the typical PF Changs experience – the good food you’d expect with good service. We came in for the lunch special and were pleased with the quantity and the accompanying egg roll and spring roll.

PF Chang’s is known for their careful attention to allergies. That’s why we chose to visit them in Franklin. We’ve been to several, but this location wins the award for most beautiful interior. Our waiter Trevor answered all our questions in a friendly manner. The manager Brandon came over to assist also, and I wouldn’t be surprised if Brandon ends up running the entire company. He has an energy and dedication to his job that I haven’t seen in a long time. The food was outstanding, and we were confident that it was safe for my husband’s allergies. Trivia: the Chinese symbols on the big banner over the bar translate to “Tennessee”. Well done PF Chang’s!

I have eaten at many P.F. Chang’s and tonight did not disappoint. Our waiter Will was Genuine and very helpful. He didn’t focus on up charging, but instead gave great options to add to our family dinner. One of the reasons I chose to go to this restaurant is because of Consistency and quality, tonight was a perfect example. Definitely loved the suggestion he gave for the Brussels sprouts. So flavorful. . As always a clean upscale environment.
