Grilled zucchini was absolutely charred. 6oz sirloin was about 3 oz of fat. My fiancé doesn’t like a fatty steak which is why she got the sirloin. The ribs were good but that’s about the only reason for a rating more than 1 star.

After dining at this location approximately 2 years ago, I initially left with a bit of an underwhelming feeling. While I rated the restaurant a 4 out of 5 back then, most of the points within the rating was for the waitress and cooks continually attempting to make the experience better due to the food falling a bit under expectations. This time around, the cooks brought their A-games, and our waitress, Jennifer, was attentive, welcoming, and accommodating at every turn. The food was masterfully rendered with phenomenal flavor potential. Having been a major fan of the Ruby Tuesday brand, I can truly declare that not only is this location on our local food map, but also a testament to how well this location bounces back from mediocre and showcases its culinary and hospitality brilliance. What a cherished memory for my family and I, so we will be visiting again, and soon! If you are in the Rapid City Area either visiting or a permanent resident, you owe it to yourself to stop in and experience the wonder of good food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a grand opportunity to relish in conversation that brings back a feeling of nostalgia.

Friendly and fast service from Jennifer (server). had loaded potato skins, which were good, and burger and fries, which were OK. Not a lot of flavor, but you did, at least, know what they were. The fries and the burger were non-descript. Can you tell if they were from a mass-produced Factory.

I would recommend it for an easy dinner and for the salad bar.
Went on a weekday for dinner, and it was just fine. The food came out hot, and the salad bar was taken care of. Our server was good, and even brought out a little birthday ice cream scoop for us as dessert. The food tasted good too. Overall a good experience at a chain sit-down restaurant.

The food was good. Our server grace was very unattentive. The long island ice tea was great. To mai tai was completely undrinkable. Luckily, we were able to have that removed from the bill. The complete lack of attention from the server made the experience less than desirable.
When we arrived and were greeted by our server, we advised that it was a birthday dinner celebrating two birthdays.

The hickory bourbon salmon would have been great if it had been cooked without the skin on. However, the skin on the salmon made it extremely fishy.And the bottom of the salmon, very slimy.

We went for the advertised prime rib that began serving at 5 pm, we arrived at 4:55 and the server had to see if there was any left. Only well done was left. We would not have that. The meals we did have were nothing to write home about. The carrot cake tasted like old refrigerator. Very disappointed.

I haven’t been to a Ruby Tuesdays in literally decades. This one in Rapid city was exceptionally tasty and the service was great. Stop in and have an excellent meal while your in between attractions. You won’t regret it!

This place is usually good, tonight, not so much. The salad bar was fresh though the condiments were old. We waited 10 minutes before the host came back to check on us. The wait staff was disorganized and not helpful. We had 3 different servers none of them wanted to be working and the service reflected this. Or meals came out like warm at best, the chicken sandwich was burnt and all the french fries were soggy. Over all the beaks were poor at best. Not a good dining experience at all.
