I had a great experience at Ruby Tuesday. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was really nice, but what made the visit even better was our server, Elisabeth. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. Her great service definitely made our meal more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back! ️

I would give this place a negative 10 if I could. Tried to post my one star review multiple times and it wouldn’t let me. Not surprised all of the 4+ ratings are fake lol. Ordered a MR steak and got this extremely well done, tough, so salted, DRY and hard I could barely cut into it let alone eat it. Fries so salted my blood pressure went up even looking at them. Ate less than half of it and threw it in the garbage. 8oz was $34 and a total waste. Spent over $100 on to go food and none of it was decent or edible. Will never be eating this trash again

It’s been a minute since going to Ruby Tuesday. Food was good, they had a margarita special & happy hour. Waiter was helpful & timely. Place was a bit run down. The tables weren’t clean and there was food in the seats in more than one place.

Staff is MIA and all in the back in the kitchen. One salmon was raw. Location left plenty to be desired. No onion rings. Two desserts not available. Used to be a great restaurant. Not sure we would go back with so many other options.

Shy was awesome! She was attentive & pleasant! Will ask for her again! Salad bar just ok- need pudding or jello – something for dessert. U used to have soup- miss it! Dressings watered down too- ugh! Great waitress & burger too! Thx Shy!

The location in Royal Palm Beach needs to shut down . The restaurant smells like molded wet carpet , the tables, booths are very dated and dirty. The ladies bathroom smells like sewage . I was at the salad bar & finally the 4th plate I picked up in the stack was clean, plates were dirty. The burgers were very greasy . The waiter was nice but only came by once . While running our card at the table to pay our check the waiter said “ there is a place to type in a tip , & I won’t look while you add it on “. That was kinda rude to say to the customer. I would really reconsider going to this location. We will not return. Just shut it down already.
