Good food, good service, good atmosphere. Rachel our server was friendly and did a great job taking care of us. Food was served as ordered, promptly and hot. Fun place with a large menu with reasonable prices, quick service and plenty of TVs.

I’m writing this review because, as a customer, I feel things could be clearer. I usually come to Rooster for the chicken wrap, and when I place my order online it allows me to select two sauces, which are typically placed on the side for me.
Today, the online ordering wasn’t working for me, so I came in person. When I asked for the second sauce, I was charged $0.99. I explained that when I order online, I’m able to choose two sauces without an extra charge. I even pulled up the online order to show how it has always worked for me, with both sauces provided separately previously.
However, because of the attitude I received, it felt like this time things were handled differently. I got my food, this time the sauces where mixed and not separated. Best part of it was, I got home and the chicken was not cooked well and had some pink. I was not able to eat the food and throw it away and wasted my time and money. Consistency is important, especially for regular customers. Changing the rules from one day to the next makes it harder for me to feel good about returning.
I added a reference photo of my exact order two days ago. Two different color of the chicken.

08/15/2025 – First time visiting this Roosters with family and friends. It was very busy and the wait was about 30 minutes. I ordered their seasonal Blue Margarita that was very savory. I also ordered my favorite pizza of theirs which is the Buffalo Chicken Pizza which is always delicious. Great service from the hosts and our server. Nice size outdoor patio that you may also dine at (weather permitting). Standard franchise Roosters decor. Spacious parking with tight parking (usually in the evening). Decent prices. Enjoy.

The wings are still hitting it out of the park after the move to the new location! The skin is crispy, the sauce is killer, and the takeout is actually hot on game day ~ Ms. Zoe’s smile is sweeter than honey tea, and her order is steady and accurate! Although less interactive than the Polaris branch, the clean environment and social distance make me feel at ease. The only groove: you can’t order online, and you miss the power of technology when you’re waiting in line on a hungry stomach The secret sauce recipe is begging not to be changed, so lock up this community cafeteria!

Went here recently when it was slammed on a Saturday. The service was still exceptional and wait time wasn’t that bad for how busy they were. Soft pretzels and cauliflower were delicious appetizers. The BBQ burger was cooked a little closer to medium than mid rare but still very flavorful. Had a couple long island iced teas that were strong but not overpowering. Looking forward to returning!

Out of town from PHX Emily was a saint and a scholar. Solid recommendations and quick on her feet. Great tasting food and being from a ridiculously inflated city- the cost was affordable and a surprise for all the food I got. Thank you Roosters! If I’m ever back in OH I’ll hit yall up

I stopped by Roosters about a month ago on a Friday evening evening. It was pretty busy and we had to wait for our food a little longer than usual. But our server “Belle” kept us informed and was very attentive. The wings seemed a little smaller than the other Roosters we’ve been to.

Food was pretty good, I really liked the fish sandwich, it was worth the price. No complaints other than placing to go orders if you don’t pay cash the card machine asks for tips. Makes you feel obligated to tip on a carry out order. Roosters isn’t the only place doing this most places do now. I recommend trying this location out.

Update: today the food was really good and service was fast. Had a great time at Roosters. Sat right away and food came out fast. Big Bobs Burger was cooked really well and delicious. Wings were good as well.
Rooster wings are great, the only thing is the long waits. Even if you call ahead, you will most likely need to wait for your pick up when you get there. That being said the food is good, and there is usually a good crowd for any game or event
