Bro I am writing this review because this is happened now about five times I get they have a one time for their window but they throw the food together time I got steak egg and cheese bagel without the steak I just ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel and their sauce on the outside of my bagels for prices rising and what we have to pay for this food whoever is putting the food together at this location needs to be retrained I will no longer be spending my money at this location and moving onto a different one will really Wendy’s because Wendy’s now gives you lots of protein meat for around the same price and has deals I highly suggest people go try out Wendy’s breakfast as they have great deals double the meat for the same price or lower don’t waste your money to this location as price are never fresh price are never filled up properly in the cups and it’s just as all whoever is cooking is need to be retrained it’s this is multiple times and I’m not spending my heart on money somewhere where they just throw my food and don’t really care about anybody so I’ve complained enough times nothing has changed I will no longer ever be spending a penny at this McDonald’s I gave you a chance to fix it

Two Stars – Unprofessional Staff
I recently visited this establishment’s drive-thru and ordered a single drink. I asked for a few extra straws with my order since they’re just laid out by the soda machine. After I drove off, I overheard the staff talking about how they were being “petty” about it. The drink was fine, but the attitude of the employees was a huge turn off. To have the staff judge me like that was completely unprofessional and ruined my experience.

ugh. I usually have no qualms with this McDonald’s, but this location has definitely gone downhill. It’s a Friday during lent, which yeah I understand it’s going to be busy, but why am I stuck here waiting for 30 damn minutes for, what I think is a fish sandwich, and then when I finally get home to eat, I opened the damn box and it’s a quarter pounder. like are you actually serious?? Do people not order The fish sandwich on a Friday during lent anymore? I had to force myself to eat it even though I didn’t even really want it. I also ordered way ahead On the app because I thought the food was going to be ready by the time I got there. The fries were delicious as always though so I guess that was good

I ordered lunch thinking it would be hot and made correctly. It was cold. So cold I had to microwave my sandwich. I ordered it without the middle bun still got the middle bun. I had to take out the middle bun for the chicken Big Mac. Whole sandwich fell a part. The fries were stone cold and hard as rocks not even edible let alone microwave able. The gentleman at the window was very helpful because my code wouldn’t work. He was able to fix it. I pull up into the front and there is a girl who is always their working eating near the fry dump and standing at the shoot where the wrapped food sits to be picked up. As she’s eating with the food in her hand places my order on the counter. The other girl handed it out basically threw it at me while I was sitting in my car. I said thank you have a nice day and gave me a death stare. Drive thru 1227 on 10/10/2024.

I go to this McDonald’s almost every morning and usually there good if its not a child making my order I’ve noticed I have to go before 10:30 so I can get a good order. Today all kids were working I got coffee I know how I like it and how it is supposed to look and taste. It was nothing like how it usually is i had them remake the coffees but instead just added whatever they wanted it tasted like watered down milk so I went into the building had them actually remake the two coffees not only did it take 30 mins they still weren’t right.they either need to train the children working or need more adults it’s ridiculous that it took almost a whole hour to get my food and coffee FAST FOOD ! not fast or right.SMHHH
