Stopped in while traveling. Just wanted to use the restroom and get a quick bite to eat. Six or seven people working behind the counter, but the whole restaurant was filthy! Bathroom was disgusting. I didn’t even want to eat there. Go somewhere else!

Ordered food in the drive thru around 11:30pm. Nobody in line but me. We sat for about 5 minutes waiting for (I assume) fresh food… nope. The chicken in my snack wrap was cold, all three double cheeseburgers had old/cold beef patties. Fries weren’t even warm. Everything was disgusting. The unmotivated dude working needs some retraining… if you wouldn’t eat the food, don’t serve it to your customers. How hard is it to master this?? If you can’t or won’t offer edible (fresh) food after a certain hour, close instead of advertising being open 24 hrs. Won’t be back to this location.

Awful experience. Took my code for the discount from the app, then didnt apply my discount. When I said something, they said they couldn’t do anything and I would have to wait 15 minutes to use it again. Funny thing is, I damn near waited 15 minutes standing at the counter. Absolutely horrible service. Also, why is there 5 employees literally standing around while a line forms at the register??? People used to care about what they did, even if it was just flipping burgers.

Gave to Many chances and they act like they don’t care about their job. You have to wait for more than 1 hour if you order inside, they see you waiting to place an order and they act like you are not there,, if you do mobile order pick up the food if cold or they give you the order with attitude, you go in there too eat there’s mess, manager be there and acts same way. Honestly that place needs a better team that cares about the job and customers.

Chris and another lady that works night shift are amazing. When I come there on my breaks the service and quality of the food is outstanding. Even when they are over book with driver thru customers the service never fails. Once time I left in a rush forgot a sandwich, I called back and Chris made sure I was taking care of. He apologize and gave me my sandwich I paid for. Definitely should get the employee of the year awards. He goes above and beyond. I come there just about every night to eat on break. Thanks for serving us workers late night. We appreciate it.

Never fails when I go I have to wait for my order. I went today Friday 16 th after the lunch rush at 12:45 pm and of course pull to the other window. I will not go back because in my line of work I don’t have time to pull up and wait while there isn’t anyone or maybe one other car in drive through 15-20 minutes.

We visit this locations regularly while traveling from the lake to New Bern, NC. The staff is always so efficient and pleasant. Our orders are always right (even when we have special requests). I really enjoy visiting! Great work team, you’re doing a great job!

Stopped while traveling for a quick bite to eat. One of the worst McDonalds I have ever been in. I wouldn’t even let my dog eat off the floor here. Not realizing how disgusting this place is we ordered food. The food was old and cold and took forever to get after two bites and two fries I threw out my food because it was disgusting. The worker behind the counters are all standing in circle on the cell phones instead of cleaning the restaurant or the restroom. This place should be shut down by the health inspector immediately!

They told me and my family that the kitchen was closed when everyone was with food. First one of the employees said that we cant order but when we came back the cleaning lady told us that we can order by kiosk, and then once again they told us we cant order. Horrible experience, don’t come here even if this is the last food on Earth.

We had a very bad experience here. My daughter and I tried to order at the kiosk, but an employee told us they were no longer taking orders. We came back five minutes later, and another staff member told us to use the kiosk, but then again we were told the kitchen was closed. There was no clear explanation, even though people around us were sitting with food. Very confusing and poor customer service.
