Smart Way
Our first time at Riva Blue, and it was a wonderful experience.
We received a very warm welcome from the customer service team, and there was no waiting time for a table. The food was amazing — I had a medium-well ribeye steak, cooked perfectly. I forgot the female chef’s name, but she makes a wonderful steak.
The arancini were perfectly golden, the bruschetta was great, and the linguine ragu was good as well.
Our front of house was very funny and amazing with us. He made us smile and checked on us every five minutes to see if we needed anything. He was great. Thank you for your service (Julio).

We had seen a review of this place and thought we would give it a go and oh my word, outstanding. From the minute we walked in we knew it would be a great experience. Sabrina out server took amazing care of us with 5 star service, and the food just superb. I read reviews about the lasagne and how good it is. Turns out they sell 150 every week and now having tried it i see why. BEST lasagne i have ever tasted and if you like it you will not be dissappointed. This place comes very highly recommended and cant wait to go back. Worth every penny.

Our experience here was overall pretty good.
The menu had a lot of options to choose from and the staff were extremely friendly. We were personally served by Simona who was so helpful and ready to help when we asked about the toilet etc. The food was a bit overpriced in my personal opinion for what we received though.
As you can see we ordered steak, this was the £35 steak. The taste of it was good but with the amount of fat, how big it is, and just a bit better than average taste wasn’t personally £35. We was also quite disappointed to realise a lot of it was just fat that obviously you don’t partially eat as you can see on the photo.
Again overall it was great but the thing that made it unfortunately not so good was that on the bill we got an optional service charge, than then wasn’t really optional because once the server came over, we wasn’t asked if we wanted to pay it or add higher than 10% it just got immediately added to our payment.

Andreea was really nice and made us laugh. Had such a relaxing time, well taken care of and considered the facts we needed a few more minutes in between meals.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious! Even though it was a busy Saturday evening and we didn’t have a reservation, the manager kindly found us a table. Our server, Andreea, was very polite and incredibly friendly — she made us feel truly welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back!

A good restaurant with delicious food. Upon entering the restaurant, it felt unusual, as it stood out with its dark atmosphere and burning candles on the tables. The atmosphere was romantic, but at the same time we wanted to find a brighter place, which the waiter helped us with. We ordered two Caesar salads, two drinks and lasagne. The food was delicious and hot. We didn’t have to wait long, about 15-20 minutes, I think. The salads were delicious, except for the rather salty bacon that was added to them, fried and cut into long slices (like French fries). It was a rather strange decision to add this ingredient to the salad, which is certainly not part of this dish and, of course, spoiled the delicious taste of the salad, turning it into a salty mixture. The lasagne was delicious, but again, except for the rather large amount of liquid and burnt ingredients at the bottom of the dish. In addition, the dish was served in hot ceramic dishes, whereas in Italian restaurants it is usually served on a hot skillet. In any case, apart from the salad, everything was very tasty, and we will definitely return to this chain of restaurants, but in Leeds, where everything was excellent. I recommend this restaurant chain to everyone, but keep in mind that each restaurant is unique and may differ from one another in terms of taste and other characteristics.
