The night manager reminds us of Sandy on the movie Grease. She is so sweet and always makes our nights better when we come to McDonald’s. All the crew members on night shift are always professional and very friendly. We always enjoy our visits to this location when this team is working. We will stay up late just to come through the drive thru at this time because we know how awesome this crew and manager are. They can turn anyone’s bad night into a great one. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I was at this location on 1/31/26. I asked for a 3pk of chocolate chip cookies with my order. They charged me for a 2 pk and a 1 pk. When I got to the window to pay I told the gentleman that it needs rang up as a 3pk it’s cheaper and told him what the price was. He started arguing with me and refused to let me speak to a manager, said he was manager like. He kept saying there isn’t a button for that. I asked him if it was a promotion, or a location thing and he just kept saying there isn’t a button for that. I wanted the cookies for 2.89 and he just kept telling me no, there isn’t a button for that and kept refusing to let me speak to a manager. I am a value customer and I wouldn’t lie about a price and never want anything for free. Also at this location you always have to check your food because it’s a good chance the food is cold after waiting for it for some time, wrong order or they didn’t get your order correct and the customer service at this location is horrible. I only come here because my granddaughter lives around the corner. I hope this gentleman never becomes manager.

This is one of the good McDonalds’. Manager lady was very nice and accommodating. She is a breath of fresh air. I don’t know her name but she is working 1/19/2026 at 5:30pm. She deserves a raise as far as I’m concerned. It’s exceedingly rare to get management that actually cares and is personable. Fantastic experience!

Always wrong (in 5 years I’ve never had an order from here correct) usually sloppy, old, cold or way too greedy. One manager there is super friendly but the food still speaks louder, and says 24 hours but they don’t serve any food between 3-5 – soda fountain only. Pure convience only – if there were more options in south Bloomfield than what there currently are – this location and the other standing chains would be sunk.

Placed a mobile order around 4:45 last week. I WAITED AN HOUR FOD MY ORDER!! I completely understand that they were extremely busy but there was absolutely no reason you should be waiting an hour at a fast food restaurant! This location is a joke!! The people in the area are constantly having major issues here and no one’s gives a darn to fix anything! The employees here will ignore customers waiting to order. There are zoisk there but not everyone uses a card to pay on it. The food is always cold and nothing ever taste fresh! McDonald’s has seriously gone way down hill! Im honestly surprised this location is still opened. Someone needs to make some serious changes to this place!

Order food at 10:09pm didn’t get out till 1049pm. order two double cheeseburgers made order and fries to order with Oreos mcFlurry . Food cold , I then drive through the drive-through to get a remake manager said that they’ll take care of it. I get to the second window manager refused to replace my McFlurry. I get home to find out. All of my food was just re-drop in grease fries are hard burgers are burnt. Manager argue with me and drive-through about replacing my McFlurry told me I should’ve eaten in the drive-through while I was waiting. When do you think you can tell an adult when they should eat their food that I paid for. I’ll be going to corporate this McDonald’s is continue to decline music in the background. Kids are running the show Managers is obviously overworked. The fact that this McDonald’s continue to get 1 star reviews it’s should be should down

The first time I went, I asked for extra seasoning on my burger and instead of doing one extra like I put in the order they did like five or six and my burger was over seasoned And my fry box was half full. Just came back from my second time my wife’s large fry was only half full. It was pretty much a medium. Her drink was supposed to be a large, but it wasn’t and I actually had to pull over because they forgot it. This time they didn’t even see my burger and it taste burnt. It taste like a charcoal burger. Not to mention, the burger was sticking halfway out the box. I think it’s safe to say we will be going to Grove city instead. Their McDonald’s has always been top-tier

Listen, is there a long line at the drive thru most times? Yes! I mean, it’s the only Mcdonald’s in the area. Regardless, the workers in this location are truly amazing. You can tell they are working extra hard and always with a great attitude!!

This location is 24 hours but it might as well not be. Anytime I go around 4 AM before I head to work. The service takes forever when no one is even there in front of me or they just don’t come to take my order. I think you need to make this location not 24 hours because the workers that worked that shift don’t do what they’re supposed to. I’m a manager myself, and I know that they’re probably prepping stuff at that time, but this is ridiculous. All I ever get is one coffee.

If you are out of change like pennies dimes or nickles let’s communicate with the customers it’s kinda a stealing when you short change them.. ( it is a theft) and that’s how it starts,, Don’t be bold and not say anything,, speak up… COMMUNiCATE,, I would never do that to my customers… I work in food and beverage for 35 years and as a cashier.
