We got two large meals in drive-thru. Burgers never met the expectations of the ads on tv. But people deal with McDonalds burgers because of the fries. But here at this McDonalds and to be fair, most McDonalds, rarely are they cooked thoroughly, and most often we don’t get a full large fry but today was just sad. Less than half of the fry holder was filled. No spillage in the bag, no snacking on the drive home, just a half filled, half cooked order of fries. I won’t pretend we won’t go back, but this is pitiful.

This is what a buffalo ranch snack wrap looks like? Waited at curbside for 50 min! Had I not already paid for it I would have left a long time ago! Food was cold, soda flat and when I got home and checked to see if my snack wrap DIDNT have cheese like I ordered it this is what I opened it to. Absolutely disappointed!

This is the third time in a row I’ve received horrible service at this McDonald’s. My wife and I will go to McDonald’s after the gym every now and again. The last three times we have tried, they ignore us at the drive-thru. Most of the lights are off outside, creating a very uninviting atmosphere. After waiting 5 minutes at the drive-thru thru I drove to the second window and saw two employees standing there talking. I waved at one who looked right at me, said something, and the other employee put her headset on and walked away. The other employee also walked away. So we drove back to the drive-thru and waited another 5 minutes before they FINALLY took our order. They moved us to another window, and we waited another 10 minutes. The other two times, we ended up just driving away without eating there. I won’t go back until this crew has been replaced.

The only reason I even entertain McDonald’s is because my kids want it! The service at this location sucks most of the time! Every once in a blue moon you will get someone at the window to actually greet you but majority of the time, they don’t even say hello. I went tonight after work, which was at 11 and waited in the line for about 10-15 minutes and then they had the nerve to give me literally cold fries!!! So I went back around and the girl at the window who took my bag back told me that it would be a 3 minutes wait and to pull to the 3rd window. About 30 seconds later the other girl came back with my fries. Yes they were hot but they weren’t fresh! So what does that tell you??? They dropped them back in the grease! I mean do they really think people are stupid?? The only reason I didn’t take the fries back again is because I know what it’s like to work in fast food, and I get it, and I just didn’t want to deal with it! So I took the redone fries and left! I just really wish we cared a little more about the service we provide to customers! The customers are the only reason most people can pay their bills, and that’s at every single business, fast food, grocery store, department store, etc! I’m just so over it!

The place is VERY HORRIBLE I will never eat here again in my life definitely not at this location the staff wasn’t doing their jobs which is getting people food out on time and in an timely manner it was a very long line it took ALMOST 2 HOURS FOR ME TO GET MY FOOD had went in there to check to see what was going on the line was long I told one of the workers that I’ve been waiting for an hour at the curbside for my food she said were understaff and they will bring it out well guess what that didn’t happen 30 more mins later I decided to look at my app and seen that they made it seem like I got my order and I couldn’t see my receipt anymore they completely gave my order away which is definitely not okay I went back in there and told them about everything when I FINALLY got my food I was missing some things after I told them what my order was my thing is yall in there doing a whole lot of talking and not enough working got people in there missing their food not getting their order right this place needs to do better and the owner of McDonalds needs to do better was well if you’re hungry I wouldn’t recommend eating there

This place is usually on point but for some reason this visit was awful. I ordered 2 drinks (frappe and a iced coffee) that’s it. They had me pull to one of the waiting parking spots, which were all but full. When I say we waited 20 mins for 2 drinks, I’m not exaggerating. They tried giving me someone else’s food 2 different times & I asked the employees about my drinks and all they could say was they would check & get them out. One of them was a manager. When we FINALLY get our drinks, they offered no apology for the wait, matter of fact they didn’t say anything at all!! Oh and the iced coffee was just nasty. I would think it should taste about same every time. This was just an all over bad experience here

I feel bad for this place, I’m not sure if management changed here, but something is going wrong. Long wait times, food is often not right or missing things, and it tastes funny.
The atmosphere has gone down so badly. I know Aberdeen is having issues with its homeless population, but some of these people aren’t homeless. They are getting dropped off to sit at stores to ask for money. The man that use to be at Harris Teeter was always holding a golf club, he gets dropped off from a grey RAV every morning. When you’re in there he’s asking people eating for money, and if you don’t give it to him he starts calling you all kinds of names. I know it’s getting cold, but we need to figure out a way to help the homeless population around here, not just shuffling them from one place to another. I feel bad for the people working there, there’s clearly no guidance or proper training going on.

Long drive thru line, rude service, gave me 17/20 chicken nuggets and they did not put a sandwich in the bag. Unfortunately I didn’t find out until I got all the way home. I tried to call them but no answer. Doesn’t surprise me with their service. If you have to go here, make sure you check your order and don’t expect to be treated well.
To the staff: if you have a job working with people, work on friendliness and treating people with kindness. Not hard to do.

we waited for roughly 15 minutes at the drive through speaker while 8 cars in the other lane moved and where getting there orders taken. Not only that but the lady running the speakers asked us TWICE if we were using our mobile app then disappeared. after we ordered and paid, we were told to park in the parking lot and wait.
UPDATE: we got our food after 20 mins and when we checked the bag, it was wrong and my boyfriend turned to tell the guy who brought us our food and he just walked away
