I ENTERED THIS WENDY’S AT 7:05 PM. THERE WAS ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE BEHIND THE COUNTER; THERE WAS ABOUT 10 CUSTOMERS WAITING FOR SERVICE. I ASKED THE EMPLOYEE FOR A TACO SALAD; AND IF THE CAESARS SALAD CAME WITH CHICKEN? SHE STATED “I DON’T KNOW IF IT COMES WITH CHICKEN OR NOT”. I TOLD HER I WAS NOT GOING TO BUY IT IF YOU DON’T KNOW. SO SHE FINALLY ASKED ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. I ALSO ORDERED TWO SMALL FROSTIES WHICH SHE QUICKLY PLACED ON THE COUNTER.
AFTER WAITING 15 MORE MINUTES I ASKED WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY CHICKEN SALAD AND TACO SALAD. SHE SAID, “I’M SORRY, I FORGOT”. THEN WENT TO THE BACK TO ASK THEM TO PREPARE MY SALADS;
ANOTHER 15 MINUTES PASSED, AND STILL NO SALADS. AND THE FROSTYS THAT SHE PREPARED 30 MINUTES EARLIER WERE STARTING TO MELT. SO I REQUESTED THAT SHE REPLACE THEM. SHE THEN WENT TO THE BACK AND REQUESTED MY SALADS AGAIN. I WATCHED AS THEY FINALLY PREPARED MY SALADS AND GAVE THEM TO THE COUNTER EMPLOYEE. SHE PLACED THEM IN A BAG AND HANDED THEM TO ME. I ASKED HER IF SHE WAS GOING TO GIVE ME A BOWL OF CHILI TO GO WITH THE TACO SALAD. AND SHE DIDN’T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. THE MANAGER OVERHEARD THE CONVERSATION AND FINALLY ADDED THE CHILI TO MY ORDER.
I HAD ASKED THE EMPLOYEE FOR MY RECEIPT, AND SHE TOLD ME SHE HAD THROWN IT IN THE TRASH. AND ONLY GIVES CUSTOMERS A RECEIPT IF THEY ASK FOR IT.

A wonderfully rude Mgr by the name beautiful who I don’t think really cares about customer service. Her attitude was horrible as she loud talked customers and created drama by simply being combative. I wouldn’t suggest walking inside, just sit in your car get your food amd go…..I wonder if these reviews even help

While this place has great food for fast food in general and the chain, when it comes to being able to order at the drive- thru and how you are treated by workers- you might want to skip this place. Especially on a Fri, Sat. Or Sun as I went through the drive- thru around 7:30/ 8 pm Friday and it took us almost 45 minutes to order and get food and then, while we waited workers took break and were smoking and wearing loudly…in few view of a large line of cars waiting for food. While I know workers need and deserve breaks, on nights like this, you’d think the on-site leadership would have everyone take breaks in preparation for rush hours. There is a web and flow to food service work that can be followed to optimize for the best success, with regards to something like a rush- whether it be in-store or drive thru, so that a wait like mine didnt happen. Too, in the end there were only about seven to eight cars that could have been ahead of mine…so that the wait was so long was maddening. If there is a wait at this place and you want to eat there…its gonna most likely be a long one!

Be prepared to wait at least 45 mins for your food in the drive thru soon as night crew walk in. The crew always rude and seem irritated. The food usually good tho. If you can, avoid 222 wendy’s

Very unprofessional cashier at drive thru!!!! Extremely rude….I asked about honey butter on my sandwich because none was put on my sandwich and she said “I dont know what to tell u, we aint got no more and I dont feel good!!” WHY even come to work and talk like this to customers that are paying your salary???? Never coming here again….totally uncalled for!

Took an hour to get food i ordered from the mobile app. Went to the speaker and sat there for 20 minutes with no answer so i pulled up to the window and the worker said i have to still go to the speaker….. i did and no one spoke. something should REALLY be done. Tons of bad reviews and nothing is improving

The girl who took my order was polite, and had decent customer service skills. Seems like the rest of the employees could care less. Someone was eating while working. The main issue was the restroom was dirty. Chicken sandwich was super tough hard to chew. The burger was cold. Food must have been just sitting there for a while.

Woman taking orders at drive-thru was rude and nasty. Messed up our order and yelled at us that we ordered it wrong. Worst customer service I have ever seen!!!!! If I could give a big fat 0 I would!!!!
