Every time I do a mobile order from here it’s wrong. They forget half my order. I’ll order 2-4 meals and get 1 fry and 1 drink. You call them and they say they can’t do anything to fix it because they use doordash to deliver. Then you call doordash and that’s the worst experience ever. Chick-fil-a customer service is getting worse than any other fast food place. Taco Bell and Burger King handle customer issues better. I think i’m done with this place. i’ve repeatedly asked to speak to a manager and get told no. that’s it just no.

another great Chick-Fil-A that I have gone to! I absolutely loved this place. the outdoor aesthetic is great and has a quick drive thru that moves like wildfire. on the inside, workers are very friendly and take your orders fast — served delicious and fresh every time. the workers here go above and beyond, farther than the classic “my pleasure” — they will ensure multiple times throughout your meal that everything is going well. during my visit, i was even offered a complimentary sample of the new lemonade! this is a great establishment, your classic Chick-Fil-A with pristine cleanliness, service, and meals.

Thank you for being so understanding when my bank froze my card.. it was embarrassing enough to know I had the funds but the card declined..
And my husband and I had to leave the line to pull over to call the bank and while waiting to our surprise they came out and gave us the whole order complimentary and said it was an honor to be a blessing.. I still tried to pay after I fixed the issue and they politely refused… My experience here has been incredibly lately I can tell they are more empathetic to everything hard working families are experiencing and I just wanted to say thanks next time i come I will continue to be a blessing and pay it forward ❤️

This was one of the better Chick-fil-A’s I’ve been in. Though most are nice. The food was hot, when I got it. The people were professional and nice. It was clean and pleasant inside.

I should apologize to the Black girl who served me my food! I ordered four spicy chicken sandwiches at the drive-thru, and while waiting, I received an unpleasant text message. Just then, a pretty Black girl brought me my food and said, “These are your two chicken sandwiches!” I said there were four. I’m sorry my tone was harsh and my expression wasn’t good; I apologize for making you feel bad on Thanksgiving! She was beautiful and wonderful.

Came here with my granddaughter, because she wanted Chick-fil-A for lunch. Pulled up to get our food, but we was asked to go park and they we going to bring it to us. After sitting 20 minutes, my Granddaughter and I had to go in for her order. Which the girl replied, sorry I forgot about you. She didn’t know where we parked, but she was the one who told me to park in the certain area.

The quality of Chick-fil-A food has always been good and they have a unique taste however lately my hand covers the whole sandwich the sandwiches that they used to sell were way bigger than what they have now everything has gotten so less for so much more but the atmosphere was nice and the service was overwhelming however the parking lot was a straight obstacle course it made me feel so weird thinking that someone was going to crash into me all traffic had to go all the way and that made it even worse

Ordered Mac & Cheese for my son’s birthday. He loves that stuff. Today this is what they gave us. On his Birthday!!!! It looks horrible. To say I’m furious would be an understatement. Whatever happened to quality and care when it comes to servicing patrons; continuous patrons. Won’t be going back.

Good pricing but the drive thru line was ridiculously long. Had to pull up through Lowes. It took a long time, but staff was friendly and the food was alright. Asked for honey mustard but they gave me extra barbecue.
