People were super polite and very quick with our food when it came out. I really appreciate the attention to how clean it is. One of the syrup line for the root beer seemed to be spewing out more syrup even after you used it so we let the person at the register know and the manager came out to check and thanked us for letting him know, he said he put in a work order for it right away. Definitely coming back here again thank you guys!

Came in with my spouse for a dinner meal. We notice a gentlemen walked around and asked if everyone were satisfied with the meals. I later found out his name is Mr. Jeffrey, the lead manager at this location. We brought up to their team member that there was something not right our order. Once he was notified, he quicky came to our table and firmly offered us with make-up meals to ensure we would be happy and satisfied for the night. We noticed that his demeanor behind the counter is very supportive to the team and his customer. To be honest, we used to work in the service industry and we can confidently say that Mr. Jeffrey is a great team leader, manager, and an absolute quality asset to this company that all managers/lead managers should follow and embody his work ethics. Thank you so much, Mr. Jeffrey for going above and beyond, and an awesome person that your team can rely on!

Mikayla and Fabian have to be the best customer service I done seen and don’t even for just myself and other drivers for Uber and doordash but for their genuine customers who came in giant group of kids bought the food out and extra cups straws and napkins. Fabian kept track of drinks, proper orders and times, and made sure to keep checking in with us and the kitchen this is top notch example of a great store great employees great food and they wonder why raising canes will always be like Chick-fil-A level to me the BEST IN THE WHOLE AREA wish all my orders came through here. THANKYOU guys so much!

I rarely take the time to leave negative reviews, but this experience was so unbelievably bad that I couldn’t just let it slide. My visit to Raising Cane’s was hands down one of the most disappointing fast-food experiences I’ve ever had.

I’m typically very patient with restaurants and understand that mistakes can happen. I don’t expect perfection, and I’m not quick to complain. But this experience went far beyond a simple off day. From the very first bite and sip, it was clear something was seriously wrong.

The lemonade, which is usually one of the highlights, was beyond bad. It didn’t just taste “off.” It tasted foul, like it had been sitting out for days, with a murky, sour flavor that genuinely made me question whether it was even safe to drink. It was so unpleasant I couldn’t take more than a single sip.

And the chicken? Unacceptable. Instead of being hot, crispy, and fresh, it was soggy, limp, and tasted unmistakably old… like it had been reheated one too many times or left under a heat lamp far past its prime. The breading was soft and greasy, and the overall flavor was stale and off-putting.

This wasn’t a minor slip-up. It was a full on disaster of a meal. I went through the drive thru expecting the consistent quality Cane’s is known for and ended up feeling grossed out and genuinely disappointed. I’ve never experienced this at a Cane’s before, and I sincerely hope this location takes a hard look at its food handling and quality control, because something is clearly not right.

Tonight was busy but quick service. Food hot, fresh, and ready after paying. I like this location.

This location stays busy and for good reason. The staff is polite and respectful like you would ask someone who took their family there… And they do! The chicken stays fresh because it sells quickly. I absolutely love the Cane’s sauce with the chicken. It like watching a pair of dancer’s. You’re in awe as they move as one and with grace, just like the sauce does across your pallet.

Disgusting and completely unacceptable. I found hair in my food, and when I did the reasonable thing and asked for a manager, her response was that they don’t use hair nets. That alone tells me everything I need to know about how little they care about basic food safety.

Hair in food is not a “mistake,” it’s a sanitation failure. Instead of taking responsibility, apologizing, or showing any concern, management acted like this was normal. It isn’t. This is the kind of response that makes you question what other health standards are being ignored in that kitchen.

Raising Cane’s should be embarrassed. If you value cleanliness or basic hygiene, do not eat here. This was enough to ensure I’ll never return.

I’m literally trying not to puke writing this. We spent $50 only to find a huge, greasy clump of hair baked into our food. The shift manager admitted they don’t use hair nets, which is horrifying when you think about what other health and safety issues they’re ignoring. No apology, no refund, just disgusting negligence — this place is unsafe, revolting, and should be avoided at all costs. Do better.

Heights raising canes is so spacious and clean. It’s a breath of fresh air. I really like how open and un-cluttered it is. Every time we go, the food is always just made. Can never eat it right away it’s so hot. The sweet tea, lemonade, and staff are always on point. We had a long day today, decided to stop in (we live in Cove, by the way), and were able to exhale!
