What can I say, Braum’s has the best ice cream and fast food!!! Their French Fries are the tastiest I ever had!!! The workers in this particular place are always friendly, always efficient! Regina has a lot of charm and charisma. Damire is sweet (and gave us extra ketchup). And Rai was extraordinarily efficient. Our was ready seconds, and I mean seconds after we completed the purchase! He even said “Merry Christmas” to us, so sweet of him! The produce checkout is always an easy process (and some of their products are extraordinarily delicious)! Merry Christmas to all!!!

Well I am tired of it. The quality of service and food is bad overtime lately. The food is sloppily prepared and served. The staff always give the vibe that they are bothered to be there.I go to fast food places for my family as a treat. I am very disappointed in this Braum’s every time. It is the closest to me otherwise I’d go elsewhere and probably will from now on. I noticed another bad review on here about roaches. I did get one in a milkshake once from here. Their twist frozen yogurt is always different sizes. What I mean is there is no consistency, we’ll order 2 of the same thing but they will clearly be disproportionate. When we point it out we get treated like we’re in the wrong or dumb. This time we got one small cup twist and it was more like a mini. We were told to pull up and wait for the food being cooked, but it was cold when we ate it (we do not live that far). The burgers were made with the ingredients just pilled in one spot. The kids burger was ordered as a burger with only ketchup, pickles and tomato, but it came with cheese anyway. My granddaughter does not like cheese but they seem to do that every time. Since we were not in front of the service window we just pulled away and didn’t check these things till we got home. Some of us started eating before realizing this and we did not want to go back. So my wife called, being tired of the poor quality and upset with the errors, hoped to inform the manager expecting he would offer to make things right. The manager, Kevin, treated her rudely and did not want to compensate, but only tell her to bring the food back. He eventually and reluctantly agreed to honor something for her next time. After the call he thought my wife hung up but she stayed on listening as he talked trash about her after the call. I am only posting this because i think there needs to be accountability.

The prices are OK when you think you are buying a half gallon but in reality it’s only 3 pints. The selection is awesome. Still has all the flavors you grew up with. They even have frozen custard and frozen yogurt. I can’t comment on their cheese burgers yet but hopefully I will try one soon.

After I ordered, I pulled up to the first window, after I paid, I said thank you and continued to pull to second window. Lady screamed at me “STOP YOU NEED YOUR RECEIPT”. I said, no thanks! She screams back, YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE RECEIPT ITS POLICY. (only this braums does this). I still said no thanks. She then (at the second window) threw the receipt into my car. I then took it and threw it outside my window. This place is super weird with their rules to the point there is no customer service. You CANNOT force someone to take something they do not want, let alone do it as a merchant. Will not be going back.

Wrong items in bag. I went to Braums today after work. Looking for mixed Asian vegetables for my Terriyak chicken marinating at home. For dinner tonight, on a budget. Braums had Pic-Sweet Asian Vegetables with soy seasoning. Snow peas, red and green bell peppers, broccoli. Wow! Perfect for my recipe. 2.79 per 8oz bag, a bit high, but still Perfect. Tired, but still needing to cook a good meal for the fam, I stir fried the chicken, made the rice and proceeded to add the two bags of ASIAN STYLE VEGETABLES WITH SOY SEASONINGS. Well, the bags contained broccoli, carrots and cauliflower. PERIOD. My recipe was ruined in the true sense. I called Braums to inform them and ask for a refund. They told me to bring the full bags back in. Well, I explained, they were already in the pan with the chicken. The manager called his GM, ok, bring the bags in and the receipt and we will give you a refund. When I went back the same night, after a full days work and cooking dinner and traffic on a Friday, the Manager actually had the nerve to tell me not to talk to him excited, that it was not his fault. So, I asked if he could comp me a bag of 5 burgers for my family since our meal was not as planned due to Braums. He didn’t even acknowledge me. No, sorry, nothing.

This establishment is fantastic. The fresh dairy, butter, ice cream, the cheeses and the milk all from Oklahoma cattle born and fed here it’s fantastic establishment and I am so very grateful for your ice cream and your kindness and the restaurant is fantastic if you want to have a burger and fries or a salad the staff is friendly funny and all around kind when as soon as you walk through the door it’s an excellent establishment for stopping in and having a quick bite, and then picking up a few groceries for the ride home and snacks it has an ice cream soda machine and the shakes are to die for

I was heading to the OU vs Kansas game this morning and stopped here for breakfast only. I ordered the biscuit and gravy with a coffee all under $4. If you are looking for a quick, inexpensive no frills, hot breakfast with no server to tip this is the place to go. If you are eating in, order at the counter. They also serve lunch and have a selection of different ice cream flavors. There is a small grocery located here too. A drive thru is also available. The place was clean and the staff was pleasant and courteous.

It depends on who’s running the show wether or not you will get hot, fresh food. Overall it’s good for what it is. They could make a little effort in cleaning the dining area so I wouldn’t eat inside unless you want sticky and greasy hands,arms or anything that touches the tables and benches. This is all braums though.

The food tasted amazing. My only compliment is I had to microwave the burger because the cheese looked like it had just come out of the fridge but it tasted great after microwaving.
