I always order the spicy Mccrispy why won’t they put the hot sauce on them? Only pickles and chicken? In this economy? Do better. Luckily this will be the last time me and my family go there. Hopefully they will hire a cook who follows the recipes instead of taking the shortcut.

Everyone makes mistakes, you gave the car infront of me my drive thru order its okay, whats not okay is trying to give me my returned order from the car infront after he had taken off with my food and he came back looking for his order, you placed me in the waiting lanes and hand me his order, i see its not mine and you guys hand the other guy, his order like nothing happened after handing it to me. How is it okay to give me my order after my food was taken away by someone else??

This is a nice looking McDonald’s as far as aesthetics. As far as food and service go… That is less than desirable. The location wants you to use the kiosk to order your food, and it’s actually a slower process than ordering at the counter. Once you’re done the kiosk then prompts you to head to the counter to pay because it apparently cannot process a debit card! What a waste of my time. The food was okay but not spectacular. We tried the new chicken Big Mac which is basically a double McChicken with Big Mac fixings. The fries, as usual, were barely warm. Just once I would love to have fresh, hot fries. For the price of fast food you’d think they could at least manage that.

Does not matter what I do my order is never correct, always missing something, then I have to take the time to reach out to Doordash and my family goes without. You take zero accountability, I call and I’m hung up on. You have zero English speaking staff, the simple question of why can you not get a order Correct and you’re response is “I don’t know”? Tells me your quality is horrible, your staff is horrible. What happened to the customer service McDonald’s used to present. I’m disgusted and now will never order from here again. Get it together! What a overpriced disgusting experience!

I was refused service because I was told the location was closed. The time was 12:50AM the 128th st. Location closed at 1:00AM. I left my house expecting McDonald’s posted hours to be correct and I was refused service. Won’t be returning to this location ever again.

Came in with it being pretty much deserted, ordered 2 sandwiches and hash browns told us to pull forward and said it would be a 15 minute wait, got food early because i was on the way to work.
