Update 1/31. My bf ubers. Your workers are rude and racist. Assuming my bf won’t deliver the order .. your worker took a picture of the order before he could grab it. Is it only Hispanics ALLOWED/ACCEPTED? That’s how it feels in POLLO CAMPERO. I’ve gone to many Spanish restaurants and the treatment NEVER been like this. He was ignored when I came in. For 5 min. Hes working— doing Uber Eats. He needs the order so he takes it and confirms it in front of them. Can’t keep sitting there waiting for yall to do yall job. He’s on the clock too. Unfortunately your workers lack supervision and being a team. He’s then yelled at for grabbing the order and he explains to them why it and what occurred (he confirmed the order). He asked for the two drinks for the order. They were not given. They take long with that. The lack communication! If it’s not ready. Say that.
The manager needs to be checked. You don’t talk to customers like that.. walking away mumbling under your breath. Talking in another language bc you’re upset.. that doesn’t make anyone feel comfortable. Luckily I wasn’t inside. I can speak and understand Spanish. We will never ever eat here. I will tell everyone our experiences. I still have my first review and its images. That bowl was a slap to my face. The fact you have someone running your establishment like this. It won’t last. Telling my bf “next time” (while my bf is waiting w the order at a table) there won’t be… next time you should be aware of customers. Ready to help.
