Wow this place was very good! It was our first night here in NYC and we weren’t sure were to go but a friend recommended us here. So we got a reservation which is a must have and got seated right around 7:30 (which was our reservation). It was scrubbusy in here and my only concerns were the lighting was really low and the music was so loud so we could barley hear. Our waiter was nice but I think it was like his first day because he seemed a little frazzled and messed the check up. The service was quick though. We got the ricotta with honey and baby kale salad. Both of these were so delicious and flavorful. The nuts on the ricotta really added the extra. Then we all got pasta for dinner and the truffle cacio de Pepe was my favorite. It wasn’t to creamy which I like and the noodles were long and perfect. The truffle flavor was just right not overpowering. We were to stuffed for dessert. It was pricey but I expected that. So overall great way to end the night!

Some highs and lows with our visit. We had reservations and didn’t have to wait to be seated. We were seated at probably the worst table in the house, right at the entrance to the kitchen and it was nonstop traffic right at our table. Other than that the ambiance in the restaurant was very nice. Our server was very good other than he didn’t return to the table after each course was served to ask if everything came out ok. The food was mostly great, the octopus app was very good, the veal also was good, the spicy lobster was not. The pasta and sauce was very good but the lobster was a tiny tail that they over cooked and stick to the shell. I got very little meat for one of the most expensive mains on the menu. The best part of the evening was the dessert, Sticky Toffee pudding. IYKYK. Order it.

For me a rating is based on total experience and this restaurant excelled in every area. The main dining room is on the second floor but on the first floor is a bar with a few tables and garage doors that open fully. We went for lunch and it was a beautiful day so we sat at a table which was open to the outside, perfection for me. Service was great, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, can’t ask for anything more. I definitely need to return to try more menu items but for this visit the gnocchi was the star. Literally melt in your mouth and the leek in the sauce was present but not overwhelming. Absolute 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Ricotta appetizer was delicious and creamy. Very mild flavor. I asked for extra honey which was great and would have loved more pine nuts also because the texture added a lot to the dish. The tomato and Stracciatella was very good but wasn’t wowed. Likely my fault should not have ordered two cheese appetizers. They start the meal with a small pan of bread. Yummm!!! Flavorful and chewy in the best way. Drinks also very good. Highly recommend this restaurant and plan on returning soon.

I had the most incredible dinner with my girlfriends on Friday at Quality Italian! Because we had 7 people we made a reservation a few weeks in advance, and I’m glad we did because it was PACKED. We sat upstairs in their gorgeous dining room and everything we ate was absolutely amazing. My favorite dishes of the night were the chicken parm pizza, the pesto pasta and the sticky toffee! They also had an incredible espresso martini that I highly recommend!

Fantastic Italian spot in NYC. The food was consistently excellent—fresh pasta cooked perfectly, rich but balanced sauces, and high-quality ingredients throughout. The atmosphere is warm and inviting without feeling pretentious, and the service was attentive and knowledgeable. Everything felt thoughtfully done, from the menu to the wine selection. A great choice for a relaxed but elevated Italian meal. Would definitely return.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Quality Italian Classic NYC Glam Meets Modern Flavor ✨
Dinner at Quality Italian was an experience that completely lived up to the hype sophisticated, flavorful, and full of that signature New York charm. From the chic ambiance to the incredible service, everything felt perfectly curated.
I started the evening with one of their signature cocktails light, pretty, and perfectly balanced. For appetizers, the crab-stuffed shells were incredible rich, creamy, and beautifully plated. The main course was the highlight of the night: tableside pasta that was both a performance and a flavor masterpiece. Watching it being prepared right in front of me made the whole experience feel exclusive and special.
And that dessert? Unforgettable. Warm, rich, and paired with a scoop of ice cream that melted perfectly into every bite pure heaven.
✨ The atmosphere was cozy yet upscale, with dim lighting, great music, and those classic NYC views just outside the window. Whether it’s date night, a celebration, or a chic dinner out, Quality Italian is the definition of city dining done right.

An absolute masterpiece of a meal—the Chicken Parm Pizza lives up to the hype!
I recently had one of the most memorable dining experiences in New York City here. If you are looking for a spot that perfectly balances a classic upscale steakhouse vibe with a lively, modern energy, this is absolutely the place.
First, let’s talk about the main event: the Chicken Parm Pizza. I had seen photos, but nothing prepares you for the real thing. It is massive—literally the size of a pizza—but made entirely of perfectly breaded, crispy chicken topped with high-quality mozzarella, sauce, and basil. It is a masterpiece of comfort food and a total showstopper that easily feeds the table.
We also ordered the Filet Mignon, which was cooked to a flawless medium-rare and melted in your mouth like butter; the quality of the meat was undeniable. Do not skip the sides! The Corn Brûlée is life-changing; it has this incredible sweet-and-savory crust that I’m still dreaming about. The Caesar Salad was also a standout—crisp, fresh, and dressed just right, acting as the perfect light balance to the richer dishes.
The service was impeccable from start to finish. Our server was attentive without hovering and made us feel genuinely welcome. A solid 10/10 experience—I cannot wait to come back!

Absolute 5 star experience — a must try! Service was outstanding, a true rarity these days. Roberto (from Brazil) was our server and he was 10/10 stars, but the entire staff took great care of us!
The house brioche is delicious and the menu is extensive. Pastas offer great value and pack a delicious punch of flavor. If you saved room for dessert, you MUST try the sticky toffee date pudding. Divine.
Give this place a try for date night or with a large group of friends — it’s swanky and delicious with fantastic interior design. You won’t be disappointed.

I used to really love this place. Went back last night after not having been in many years. I used to think it was a better Carbone but I was underwhelmed by my food last night. Little gem ceasar appeared to have what tasted like lemon zest which was too over powering. The veal milanese was average at best
A bit dry and too much mozzarella on top. Just not that appealing. The desserts were the highlight. The chocolate olive oil cake was terrific and huge. You have to share it. The service was accommodating but our waiter disappeared for long stretches. Nonetheless the enormous space was packed. My friends enjoyed their pastas but weren’t blown away. I hope this was just an aberration. I’m going to Quality Meats for my birthday in two weeks! Haven’t been there in years either.

We feeling the chill and needed to warm up and grab some food. Stumbled across this place after our little trip into central park. Not the easiest to navigate, so had to ask. Self service then pay then eat. I went for a decaf cappuccino wow, sooo good. With a freshly made, baked Parma pizza omg so good. Well worth giving this place a go.
