A vendor placed an order for us online. We got to our office to find there were missing items. I called the store to inform them and Instead of the immediate apology we’ll get that fixed for you. I was told my a manager she knows she put it in with the other food (But she did not) She then asked me to make sure i didn’t miss the missing item as if we can’t see what was given to us. She then went on a long rant about they are usually really good with this and that this never happens. (I just wanted a confirmation my food would be replaced) I also asked if the appetizer I did receive could be made over as I have to journey back to the restaurant from my office and i was told no that was not incorrect.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick dinner and boy were we in for a surprise. The food was FANTASTIC, we shared the Fried Mozzarella and they were crispy with a large cheese pull. She got the chicken penne Ala Vodka which was the BEST vodka sauce I’ve ever tried. I got the Veal Parmigiana which came with spaghetti and marinara on the side. It was crispy and covered with cheesy deliciousness. SHOUT OUT TO SUSIE FOR BEING THE BEST WAITRESS EVER!!! SHE MADE OUR STOP ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!

I attended the restaurant yesterday night. And it was by far the worse experience at the restaurant. There was a new girl working the to go register and the manager or kitchen manager was a complete jerk to her. Yelling at her and belittling her in front of all the customers and workers. All the customers waiting were on looking awkwardly and on edge because of him yelling. The other workers were looking embarrassed and timid. He mentioned it was her first night while yelling at her. I felt so bad for her. And when I ate my food it was ice cold but I didn’t want to risk going back and getting yelled at. I’ve never experienced anything like this at this location until yesterday. He should be ashamed.

I visit this location most of the time because the owner is, hands down, the best. Today I stopped by another one of their locations near my job and ran into an issue. Since I live close to the Atascocita location, I went there and explained my concerns—and the owner was absolutely amazing. I already knew he would be, because I’ve seen firsthand how he treats everyone who walks into his establishment.
He personally corrected the situation and walked over to place my order directly in my hands. That speaks volumes about his integrity. Sir, you truly blessed me today. I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to walk to me instead of having a staff member handle it.

Deanna was a fantastic server, very personable. We had a large group and she handled us like a pro. Food is always consistently good. We sat in the back room and traffic is really loud there so it was hard to hear conversation.

Been here a few times. Clean and open seating, nice ambiance, kid friendly, and food options that can be adjusted to your liking most of the time. It can get noisy sometimes during dinner hour, but if you go for lunch noise level is pretty average.
If you eat zabiha halal just have to beware of the pasta sauces that are cooked with wine/alcohol here, but they do have plenty of alternative sauces for pasta, just gotta check. Decent selection to choose from if you have some dietary restrictions such as only eating vegetarian, halal, and/or pescatarian.
Pasta is always really tasty. Most recently got the Tortellini Alfredo, was the perfect creamy consistency, not too thick and not too runny, and tasted amazing. The servers and staffs customer service skills are on point, and the servers are consistently checking in throughout the meal to make sure everything is fine. They serve garlic knots as complimentary appetizers when you first get seated which is nice, and those also taste really good.
Overall great experience every time. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice Italian restaurant around this side of town! 10 out of 10!
