Francesca’s Tavola in the heart of downtown Arlington Heights was the perfect spot for our family gathering . We celebrated together and even stopped by for my kids’ after-school lunch. The menu is delicious, the waitress was very attentive, and the service was excellent. Easy parking and a great location make it even better. Highly recommended! 🙂 we had beautiful family memories.

Booked our valentines dinner here for my wife and I 2/15/26 and boy was it horrible. We ordered some Caesar salad to begin with and as I was eating through mine I noticed a bug in my salad! We brought it to the attention of the manager and the best they did was take the plate off our bill and our drinks were free. When we noticed this they had brought out our main course and we pretty much lost our appetite after that… I ate the ravioli spinach and guess what I woke up with the next morning… stomach pains. Vday ruined. Staff was nice but they need to do much better in other areas.

Our server Austin was fantastic! He was friendly, attentive, and gave us great recommendations. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and wants everyone to have a good time. His service really made the evening special.

Wonderful dining experience! Everything was top notch from food to service! Liz R was our waitress and she blew me away! We came on a very busy Saturday night, we were greeted immediately by our waitress Liz. She was working all the tables around us and was still very attentive to our table and everything came out in a timely manner. Liz made sure our food was to our liking and that we had everything we needed. She was super busy working all the tables and was still very attentive to us the whole time! She exuded a positive attitude and was so incredibly sweet. I had a special request and she made sure that happened. She really made our dining experience so wonderful! As for our food, we had the bruschetta, Sophia’s sausage and peppers, and the Nonna’s meatballs to start. All very excellent choices. The freshness and quality is exceptional. For our entree’s we had the half roasted chicken, filet mignon special with grilled shrimp, and the rigatoni alla vodka. Every entree was superb! High quality ingredients and large portions. We will definitely be returning to this establishment for another great dining experience…and we hope to have Liz R again as she really made the whole experience so enjoyable! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Found this Italian restaurant in Arlington Heights. There is a casual modern sports bar dinning on one side but we choose the side with the warm classic dinning room. They were out of the wine we wanted but everything else was amazing. Everything was delicious. If you are in area and looking for Italian I highly recommend Francesca’s.

We had a baby shower for my son & daughter in law last week. The food was very good and plentiful. The service was outstanding! The wait staff, Stash, Becky & Juan were pros. Mario was there for anything we needed. We had the small room which was perfect. The planning for this was made very easy with Katherine in charge.
I would recommend Francesca’s Tavola in Arlington Heights for an event or just a nice dinner out. And they have their own parking lot which is even better! I can’t thank them enough for all they did. Made it look easy!

Always a great meal here. The Limoncello Spritz is fantastic, and the homemade limoncello is absolutely delicious. Aspen and Kenny go above and beyond with their service—it feels genuinely personable and sincere, which makes the whole experience even better. You can tell they truly care about their guests. Highly recommend! ✨

A true hidden gem. We have been looking for a good italian restaurant for a while and this was the perfect experience for us. Everything we ordered was so delicious and worth the price. Our new favorite restaurant in the list. We will be back again. We’ve tried their Rigatoni Alla Vodka Pasta, Bruchette, Chicken Parm Sandwich, and for our kid we ordered crispy mac and cheese which came out with a complimentary gelato. Highly recommend this place. Also if you’re visiting during weeekday lunch time, they have half sandwich and half soup/salad specials.
