The chicken, bacon, cheese sandwich was amazing. Chicken was flavorful, the breading was crispy and melted like butter. The fries and Mac n cheese delicious! I minused a star because the pop machine was surrounded by fruit flies…it was very off putting.

I love Popeyes chicken but the amount of hassle you have to go through just to get your food is crazy. Most of the time if you go through the drive-through, your order is wrong and if you go in the priority goes to mobile deliveries and drive-through orders. I’m not surprised that they’re constantly unable to keep up with customers as the people that work there literally show no urgency or care in getting orders correct and timely. I also witnessed an employee come in from smoking cigarettes right to boxing food without ever washing his hands.

I haven’t been to this location in years. The service used to be terrible. I went there yesterday and the young man at the window absolutely made my day. He and a woman were incredibly nice and went beyond expectations. The food was fast, hot, and fresh. Great experience.

LET ME TELL YOU, IT HAS BEEN A VERY LONG TIME SINCE I HAVE RECEIVED OUTSTANDING, ENTHUSASTIC, PATIENCE, CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE. THIS YOUNG MAN WAS ON HIS GAME, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND READY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. HE ALSO DID IT WITH PRIDE A BEAUTIFUL SMILE AND WONDERFUL DELIGHT. HIS COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS WERE AMOUNG THE TOP. KOWAN’S ASSISTANT FEMALE MANAGER WAS THERE NEXT TO HIM AND I MADE HER AWARE OF HIS WONDERFUL SERVICE. The strawberry biscuit was dry and hard. And so was the other biscuit. The only thing that had flavored was the shrimp and the chicken sandwich. It was great. The mash potatoes were also good. This was a drive-thru order. Service was pretty quick. The wait was about 3 to 4 mins. I received a bunch of honey and no napkins.

The chicken is perfect here, moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. My order is always correct too. Highly recommend the mashed potatoes and gravy, they are not bland like KFC’s mashed potatoes and gravy.

I ordered and it was an hour wait. The hour came and nothing delivery. I called the restaurant and they have the order but there’s no driver. I contacted support. No personalized option only email. I can’t get a refund for the order UNLESS it’s been 2 hours. So they are perfectly fine with customers eating stale unsafe food. I will NEVER order them again! Beware!!!
