Me and my boyfriend went in on Friday night at 12:30 am, mind you they close at 2 am on fridays! We went in and my boyfriend ordered the ten traditional wings and fries and I had ordered the chicken strips and fries, we did the two for 25 dollars deal! When we got the food the fries were cold and old you could tell just by the look but I thought it was just me because I am pregnant so food isn’t sitting well with me, well my man pointed it out and he also said his wings were cold as well, they weren’t all covered in sauce and they did give him extra but it was the lack of freshness all together for us. We spoke to the manager and her only response was “would you like me to make you fresh ones” mind you this was closer to 1:45 so we said no she did take everything off the bill, but it was still upsetting. It’s common restaurant knowledge as a server that if the food doesn’t look fresh or barely no sauce to not take it to the table!! Also they weren’t busy at all when we went in it was dead, there was only three tables

Ordered takeout bone in wings with Caribbean jerk sauce. The wings had almost no sauce. I’ve never had them be so stingy with the wing sauce. I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. This is the second time in a row that something was wrong with the order. This is a trend. I spent over $60 for substandard food. I’m done. I will be going to Wingstop going forward. Don’t waste your money here.

I love buffalo wild wings but was extremely disappointed with the service tonight. Our server did not check in on us. We had to track her down several times and our order was wrong. A staff member from the kitchen came out and made it right before our server did. Our server also did not have very good communication skills. We ordered onion rings and had to ask about them after getting our order corrected and she said they might be out. Might. And after tracking her down, yet again, she finally confirmed they were out of onion rings. We were already almost done with our meal. If we ever return to this location, we will make sure she is not our server again. The tip should go to the kitchen staff.

Crystal was our server and she did a fantastic job taking care of us. She was very attentive and got us drinks and refills quickly. My wife asked for extra sauce and was given a delightfully full amount of extra sauce. Over all the service was great. The sauces are delicious. The last several times we have been to Buffalo Wild Wings the chicken meat its self has been very dry. Also the carrots are now the pre purchased baby carrots (which feel very cheap) instead of the fresh cut carrot sticks that used make the establishment feel like a high quality place to eat. Crystal’s service was great, sauce is great. Quality of wings and vegetables could use looking at for the high price.

I will say Christina, the bartender, is awesome. Great customer service. Kept my water full. She kept the bottomless apps coming. She just totally understands great customer service. The food is good. The bottomless apps works. The fried pickles and the mozzarella sticks with the marinara are great. The wings are always good. Go on Thursdays when they have the bogo deals. The nashville hot sauce is ok. The Asian zing and the mango habanero are the best sauces. They have a huge amount of on tap beers. A new mt dew and beer drink. Remember Mt Dew was started as a mixer and it was named after a slang term for moonshine. And now you have your history lesson for the day.

Wings were really good but the menu is pricey! Ordered strawberry margaritas drinks off the happy hour menu, and they were good, but sweet. Not a fan of the “ultimate nachos” or the so called salsa. Our server was nice, it was just really busy. Also, the music was really loud rap.

Make sure you get there 30 minutes after you place the order to avoid wait and make sure you have an air fryer at home cause it’s gonna be cold. Was also ignored by a very rude employee who just stood up and left when I ask if she knew how much longer it would take and ever employee was side eyeing me just because I put in an order.

The only reason i am writing this review is because i myself am a server with a lot of serving experience . I have never been so annoyed so disgusted with so called “service” Our “server” Tylice was so extremely rude tonight for absolutely no reason. Came in got sat she came to ask what we wanted to drinks yet we had no menus. when i politely asked she rolled her eyes went to grab them and threw them at our table. didn’t come back to us at all then another server got us our drinks after 20 minutes. took another 20 to take our orders it was not busy at all. dropped our food off after maybe 25 minutes and never checked on us again. i had to get up multiple times to ask for our stuff after i asked for the check she physically stood there at our table waiting for us to get our payment out. The environment felt very hostile and rushed. As a server i understand having bad days especially after long days but never ever would i treat my guests in such a rude condescending way.

If you don’t care about the food and service and just want to watch the game, then you’ll enjoy the multiple screens hanging around. The wings we ordered were on the dry side and the fries were not fresh. They did not look appetizing and they definitely didn’t taste fresh. The server would take too long bring our drinks. We had to go to the bar and place a drink order since the server never returned with drinks. ( they were not mixed drinks either) most of the tables were dirty when we walked in. The restaurant was not packed or busy. Hopefully they have better food and service next time.
