Right at 5:30am, on the dot I pull in to the drive thru line so that I can get my double reward points from 5:30am-10:30am. I actually got here early so I waited in the parking lot six minutes Peter and as I was siting there I noticed the parking lot was extremely clean and clear of trash and debris, that’s always a good sign when pulling into a restaurants lot. But ya, I ordered a number 8 chicken biscuit combo with of coarse my strawberry banana smoothie, then my wife of coarse got the caramel frappe with extra caramel, and I order two apple pies and two strawberry pies!!! I’m sure anyone Having to cook fresh pies and chicken at 5:30 would not be happy but the guys in the restaurant were smiling and hustling fast in the kitchen. The food was hot and fresh! Excellent job, 10 stars!!!

I go here quite often for breakfast, whatever I get is usually always good. the sweet tea is consistent which is always a plus, and not many other restaurants get that right. The employees that make it all happen are awesome as well!

I ordered at the kiosk 30 mins later they didnt bring my order out. I had to ask for it . This was after I was being ignored at the front counter anyway. They lost the order from the kiosk . Then accused me of lieing. I had to show them my bank statement that I ordered. Then she slammed the food on the counter like I was an inconvenience. Then the burger was even raw . This is ridiculous. And a health hazard. See pics for raw burger.

Arrived for dine in, only person in lobby. Placed order and sat down. Ten minutes pass and the lobby is full of people. I get up to check on food, i wait there at the counter for 5 minutes before someone acknowledged my presence. I asked whats going on, its been 15 minutes and I am told we are working on it now. Then food is brought out to 4 other individuals. I get up to look and they filling other orders while mine is still sitting there. The guy then grabs mine and the one he was working on. It took almost 20 mins to get 2 plain cheeseburgers and 2 chicken wraps. Then i had to get up again to get my drink cup.

My shift at work ordered burger king a few times and I think this may be the last time we ever order every time we order our order isn’t right .we even order separately from mobile. Whem I got their to pick the order up they told me to drive to the double doors and wait on chicken to get finished I said okay sure and please make sure our fries are fresh and onion rings. The lady’s reply was we already made them . I am so confused at this point if I half to wait on the chicken why can’t you drop me fresh onion rings and Fry’s. So anyways of course we have cold onion rings and fries. And we are missing some items. Their customer service the night shift management and all your very rude please improve your service . Thank you moving forward when I work I will find a different burger king because they deserve to have hot food as we work hard and care for our elders on the grave yard shift .

I was here to pick up my mobile order while with my day program. The lady that helped me was new but she was very sweet and helpful. I got my order very quick and the restaurant was clean and restrooms are always clean

Ordered two happy meals and a half and half tea didn’t get my food for over ten mins. Was giving a reg sweet tea when asked about it was told it was ordered wrong when I showed them it was on my receipt then they wanted to fix it that was after waiting over ten minutes. Was the only person in lobby and the kids play place was closed for the 2nd time

I got to the drive thru at 11:35am. After sitting in the drive thru to place my order and paying for it (11:42 now) I was told to pull to the number 1 drive thru spot because they were frying the chicken breast for the hot honey crispy chicken sandwich. I pulled forward and at 11:55 am I went in and they said they had just dropped the chicken into the fryer because they dropped the nuggets first. I was not happy as I was on my way to an appointment. At 12:03 I finally got my sandwich. I hope someone tells them that the picture is not accurate. It LITERALLY had less than 1 teaspoon of hot honey in the very center. Very disappointed

I went here with my girlfriend at 1 am and there was only us and other car in front of us when we got there , once we ordered ( which wasn’t a lot of items) we were waiting too pay for 10 minutes, then once we get to the window I pay instantly but then wait 15 minutes for my food . There was employees walking back and forth near the window on there phone , very frustrating. The 3rd shift at this McDonald’s is almost constantly poor service and extremely slow wait times , why call it fast food at that point.

Service was awful, sat in line for over fifteen minutes after ordering with the app and the people on the speakers were less than kind to my husband. He asked about an item to see if they had it and they were extremely rude with their answer. When we got to the window for our receipt he greeted the girl working and she threw the receipt at him and closed her window.
