Wasabi is my go to spot for sushi in Seattle. Been coming here for over a decade, back when it was called Wasabi Bistro. This spot has always had a modern style vibe on the inside. They also have a nice small patio area in the front.

Absolutely love that they have Happy Hour early and late night. The prices on their HH are very reasonable on top of everything being so delicious.

Their Seattle Tempura Roll is a must order, but I’ve never ordered a roll here that I didn’t enjoy.

Last time I dined in, I ordered a bunch of stuff during HH. Obviously the Seattle Tempura Roll, but we also ordered the Crunch Roll, Nigiri Set A, Sizzling Spicy Pork Belly, and a few orders of the Yellow Tail Sashimi. The Yellow Tail Sashimi really stood out because it tasted so so fresh and melted in my mouth. The miso soup was also very good.

In the past I have ordered the Omakase Chef’s Choice Sashimi and my uncle absolutely loved it. Another notable mention is their Matcha Tiramisu. Loved coming here for my birthday to get one.

Very great restaurant with a lot of variety. The King Crab Sushi was very good. It was a very interesting dish. I’d visit here again. The atmosphere was amazing and the song selections were great too. I’d love to go here again.

One of the nicer sushi spots in Seattle. I’ve always ordered through delivery before, but this was my first time dining in and it was worth it.

The staff were absolutely friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was relaxed with good music, and everything came out beautifully presented. The rolls were fresh (I always order Chirashi for delivery from them for this reason), tasty, and full of flavor. I also loved the drink! Refreshing and well-balanced.

Overall, a great dine-in experience to match the consistent quality I’ve had with delivery.

I came here 4 months ago in the summer and it was amazing, I really loved it. But I came back now in the winter and it was honestly disgusting. The sushi was really bad — everything had a weird, unpleasant taste. I ordered the nigiri tasting (11 pieces) and I didn’t like a single one. Some even had a strange smell and a terrible texture.

The service was awful too. The guy who attended me was rude and honestly stupid. I told him I had been here before and had a nigiri platter, and he said, in a rude tone, “If you don’t show me a picture, I can’t help you.” Zero willingness to help, zero customer service.

The roll I ordered was horrible as well. The only good thing was the hot soup they brought me when I arrived (which I didn’t even order) — that was delicious. But everything else was an absolute disaster.

I’m not coming back

Everything about this place was great! The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was great, and the service was AMAZING! I’m going out of my way to write a review because our server, Ryan D, was so informative, fast, but also not overbearing. Would absolutely come back for the food and the service. Thank you for a great experience!

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Wasabi Signature in Bellevue! We went for happy hour and were blown away — the value, the quality, and the overall vibe were exceptional.

The location is fantastic and feels elevated yet welcoming. The teppanyaki tables create such a fun, interactive atmosphere, whether you’re there with friends, family, or on a date night. It really makes the whole evening feel like an experience rather than just dinner.

The food was incredible — beautifully prepared, fresh, and full of flavor. Every dish we ordered was spot on. You can tell there’s real care and quality behind what they do.

A special shoutout to Jin, our server, who truly made the night. Jin was so helpful, attentive, and genuinely lovely — warm, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu. That level of service makes all the difference.

We’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend for happy hour, celebrations, or just a great night out in Bellevue!

We ordered the pan-fried dumplings, green tea, tiramisu, calamari, and tuna plate. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the service was pretty good. I really liked the atmosphere of the restaurant it wasn’t too crowded, which made it feel cozy and relaxed. I think it’s a great spot for a date night.

The worlds GREATEST Dr. Pepper! Don’t get me wrong the sushi is fresh and simply perfection. But I have never had a Dr. Pepper so crispy and delicious in my life. Ask Deon for his secret! 12/10 experience. The best servers in the city

This place is amazing! The happy hour menu is likely the best in the city. Thanks to the phenomenal pricing I didn’t hold back and ordered almost everything I was hoping to try without feeling like I was breaking the bank. The sushi is incredible, flavorful, with a variety of options. I enjoyed the music selection and the vibe overall. Would be happy to come back again!

Sorry to say, not great. $140 for three of us. I thought my roll was a little off, and my friend sent hers back while I was away from the table because it tasted super fishy. It was my first day in Seattle, and now I’m sick from food, my friend mildly ill. Luckily the third party in our group had ramen. While the service was good, and the cooked items tasty, now this is my trip.
