Had a great experience here with some friends a couple weeks ago. All the food was tasty, even the free bread and our appetizer were on point! Steaks were cooked accurately per our requests. Drinks were tasty and done right. Service was warm and attentive. Atmosphere was chill. I also appreciated the dim lighting and comfy booths.

This location was close to my house and I would dine in often. Now that I’m a bit further away, I still go when I’m in the area but I get it curbside to go. This particular day, I’m not satisfied! I almost always get the same thing. Parmesan chicken, Mac n cheese, and a Caesar salad. The Mac was terrible! The lid looked dirty as if it was shook up and when I poured it onto my plate, it was burned at the bottom. Then when I looked at the sticker on top, it said “use by the end of the day Sat.” Now today is Tuesday…did this come from Saturday, 3 days ago or are they keeping it until 4 days later? Either way, it was gross! And the way the container was greasy, looks like it was this past Saturday. So they gave me 4 cups of dressing and extra croutons for a small salad. Guess that was supposed to make up for it ♀️ I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location anymore.

Very disappointing experience, mainly due to how management handled the situation. I arrived at 3:50 PM to ask if they could accommodate a party of 14 (6 adults and 8 kids) at 5 PM. Manager Nate Martin told me it would be three separate tables next to each other, which I agreed to. When we returned at 5 PM, we were told it would be another 15–20 minutes. After waiting over an hour, we were finally seated, but the tables were not even close together.
When I asked about it, the manager raised his voice and told the hostess to “just sit them anywhere.” Another manager, Robert Howell, said this was all they could do or we could wait another 45 minutes. Since we had hungry kids who had already been waiting over an hour, we stayed.
Service between the tables was inconsistent. One table waited nearly another hour for their food and when it arrived it was burnt. Despite everything, no manager ever came to apologize or check on the situation.
In the end, we paid three separate checks of over $100 each and still tipped 18% to our servers. The servers did their best, but the lack of professionalism and support from management made this a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, this visit has made us decide not to return.

I asked for medium well—you know, that sweet spot where it’s cooked through but still has a little life left in it. But what I got? Was a crusty, dry, well-done disappointment that chewed like jerky and tasted like absolutely nothing. Not a lick of seasoning, not a whisper of flavor—just bland meat sadness on a plate.
To make matters worse, I had to beg for extra butter like I was asking for truffle oil in a dive bar. Three requests later, it finally arrived, as if someone had to churn it in the back by hand. And let’s talk about these drinks: I don’t know what kind of magic they’re doing behind that bar, but my cocktail tasted like it had just waved past a bottle of liquor on the way to my table—watered all the way down.
The service? Rushed and totally disingenuous. Like they were trying to speed-run dinner service on autopilot. No warmth, no real engagement, just vibes of “hurry up and get out.”
All in all, LongHorn gave well-done steak energy with underdone service—and that ain’t it.

Decided to visit this location since we frequent other locations. We have always enjoyed our meal and especially our servers wherever we go.
This location did not disappoint. Cyrilla was a wonderful server. She made sure our waters were filled and our meal arrived as requested in a timely fashion. It was a Friday night and busy. I applaud her and the support staff for their service to all the customers. Not just us.
I would recommend this location to anyone! Be sure to ask for Cyrilla!!

Everything was great, the atmosphere was welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious. I especially want to mention Demi, She was fabulous, always smiling, very kind, and extremely helpful. While our server was busy with a large party, Demi stepped in and made sure we had everything we needed. She was very professional throughout our visit.
