**Review for Jersey Mike’s**
I have catered from Jersey Mike’s numerous times for both business and personal events, and I have generally been pleased with their service. However, my last two experiences have been disappointing.
Firstly, the salad I received was drenched in water, making it unappetizing. Additionally, all the sandwiches were prepared with mayo, despite my request for it to be on the side. When I brought these issues to management’s attention, they initially offered to make it right by saying that my next sandwich and salad would be on the house. Unfortunately, nothing was documented, and when I followed up about this offer six months later, I was told it was too long ago to honor it but never shared this information.
For context, my last larger order through my business was over $600, and it’s disappointing that they won’t keep their word on resolving these issues. I really love Jersey Mike’s, but I will not support this location any longer due to this experience.
I hope they can improve their customer service moving forward.

I made an online order for my shop. I realized right after placing the order, I forgot to make an adjustment to one of the sandwiches. I tried calling the store 10 times over a period of 15-20 minutes and they never answered the phone! Terrible customer service. I will definitely try to steer my crew away from ordering here in the future.

OMG! I will ONLY go to this location! I have gone to the Deerfield one and it has gone down in quality. They don’t even know how to make an original Italian! I ordered my sandwiches here and I was treated so well by Anna. Very nice people! You don’t get that kind of attention and customer service anymore! But I will be exclusively coming back here ONLY if I am getting JM subs. I’m eating it right now and it is absolutely much better tasting than BGs and Deerfield locations. Thank you!

Amazing experience! Best customer service I’ve ever gotten. I could tell the staff really enjoyed working there, and they went over and beyond to make the customers genuinely happy. I went into the Jersy Mike in Bannockburn IL today to buy a sandwich. The boy spoke so fast that I couldn’t hear him clearly. I finally understood what he was asking after a few tries. Same thing occurred with the 2nd employee assembling the sandwich. I had to ask her to repeat. Then I noticed a middle-aged women next to her was secretly scoffing! I was humiliated! I asked the middle-aged woman if she was laughing because I could immediately understand what they said. You know what she did? She squeeked a few high pitched laughs and then said:”that is how I laugj. Did you hear that? I didn’t laugh. If I did, I would laugh like that.’ She was the best employee out of the 4. And SO RUDE!!
