I work around the corner and we order weekly. We used to order at least 3 times a week, however the quality has gone down significantly and the cashier/ phone/ to go staff is often rude. We’ve switched to Olympic where the food is awesome, cheaper with better portions, and staff is always pleasant.
Today as my boyfriend was heading to my home in Winston from Greensboro, I had him pick up the Buffalo chicken salad since the location is right off the highway. He placed the order at the drive thru because the restaurant was super busy with no open parking spaces. He was scolded by the brunette with lots of make up for not calling ahead (he didn’t know otherwise.) There is no signage stating that drive thru is for call ahead orders. I get the salad and the chicken is wildly over cooked- hard as a rock.
This may be the last time I dine at Cagney’s. I can handle a few lackluster meals, but nothing on the overpriced menu can make me overlook foul attitudes. There are better places to eat.

Excellent breakfast today. Everything cooked perfectly. Very clean and nice atmosphere. Large portions. Huge biscuits. I love their rye toast. Coffee is great too!

A great all-around family restaurant. Extensive menu with daily specials. I love the teriyaki chicken salad with homemade ranch. The French onion soup is also delicious. We’ve been to several in the area, but Kernersville is our favorite location. Their pizza is a hidden gem!

I didn’t love the food, a bit greasy for my taste, but it’s very popular place so others must feel otherwise. Our waitress was excellent, attentive and personable. It seems to be a great place for casual dining offering breakfast lunch and dinner at a very affordable price.

My wife and I were running around looking for bargains for our new home when we decided it was time for some lunch. After looking at Google we decided to try Cagney’s.
We were seated promptly and our waitress arrived in a timely manner and took our drink orders. After a quick peruse of the menu, I decided on the All American burger and my wife ordered the Prime Rib sandwich. Our meals were okay, honestly nothing exemplary. My burger was a bit over cooked but our waitress didn’t ask how I wanted it prepared and I admittedly didn’t offer. My wife found her sandwich acceptable but nothing to write home about. With all that said, the staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing, the prices were reasonable and we were in and out without fanfare or aggravation. Overall our experience was acceptable. I may return but there are quite a few places I need to try first so it will be a while if ever.

Service was great. Waitress was very nice, attentive and made sure my drinks stayed full. I got there when there was a sudden rush but all the ladies were bustin it. Food was really good. I only had protein, eggs and bacon. Eggs cooked just right and bacon wasn’t too crisp or too floppy. Will be back to try other stuff at some point.

Well, first off when I came in, it was 30 minutes before clothes and other people kept coming in, so the lady at the. Register looked really annoyed and I waited I’d say a good 15,20 minutes for my food. I ordered 2 dinners, but it was the best. Fifteen twenty minutes I ever waited people where happy eating then I got it walked out and there was a flavor party in my mouth kudos to the chef ! I definitely will be back ..

Great prices and affordable meals. The fried mushrooms were great as an appetizer. Nice sized portion, but you will probably need to ask for extra ranch as it only comes with one small thing of ranch. I had the chicken parmesan, and it was not good at all, unfortunately. The spaghetti meat sauce reminded me of old school lunches with no flavor, and the chicken tasted rubbery like it had been fried and sat under a heat lamp. May not be the case as it could have just been the frozen chicken’s brand. My wife had the gyro and loved it. The fries are delicious! My wife let me steal a few. Overall, I might go back and just try something else, but I won’t be rushing back.

Large spacious restaurant with a very extensive menu of very good food! Local people give it a homie feel services great and they are TikTok famous. Visited again this morning had an amazing breakfast from the amazing Mandy! I would make this a regular stop or people are traveling this is a wonderful place
