Very quiet people came in an took out.only 1 other couple stayed. Very clean and organized. You place an order on kiosk and pick up food when they call your name. You throw away your trash. No waitress basically self serve even the drinks.food was prepped fast and served hot and delicious for a great price. This location was so clean I was impressed.

Just came back from this location. Live 25 minutes away. Ordered 2 sandwiches, large cheese fries with ranch and frisco sauce. Soon as we come home, we notice there is no cheese sauce whatsoever for the fries and they did not give us any ranch or frisco sauce which costs 50¢ each. Trying to call the location and they either have it on silent or are just ignoring the phone. Either way completely unprofessional and would like some sort of compensation. If it wasn’t 25 minutes away (with tolls!) we’d drive back.

We had a mishap with a take out order, I called the restaurant and let them know. I spoke with the manager on duty who told me she would take care of everything. She apologized for what had happened and promised to make it right! Today she went above and beyond fixing the issue and was so sweet the entire time. Her reporting boss happened to be there and we told her the manager was the best! She was so happy with the compliment and agreed with us!!
Y’all never know what someone might be going through, in front of the counter or behind it. Be kind on either side of the counter you may be on!!

This location is always clean and the service is great! Food is fresh and the shakes are always amazing! We dined in today and were greeted and helped by Giesha, who was super attentive and friendly with everyone that came through the door. We hope that she is here everytime we visit!

I am writing to formally complain about a recent drive-thru order placed on January 2, 2026 (Check #40005).
Unfortunately, the order was very disappointing. The food quality was poor and did not match what was requested. Specifically:
The bread on the sandwiches was burned
Extra Frisco sauce was requested but not included
Tomato was requested but was missing
Overall, the order was not prepared correctly and the food quality was unacceptable
In addition, I attempted to contact the restaurant to address this issue. I called the location repeatedly for over an hour, but the phone line only rang and no one ever answered. This made it impossible to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
I am very dissatisfied with this experience, both with the food and the lack of customer service. I would appreciate a response regarding how this issue can be resolved, including a refund or replacement.

the burger i received was terrible. it was so oily and tasted like oil. i know that steak in shake burger are known to be a bit oily but this was next level. i physically couldn’t get it down.

Extremely clean and fast/fresh food. The burger actually looks like something out of an ad, and the service was truly amazing. This is the best Steak n Shake location I’ve ever been to.

I had the classic burger, it’s was pretty good. The fries are skinny, the stake and shake seasoning had lots of flavor, just don’t add a lot of it will overpower everything.
