I rarely come to Chick-fil-A because I have a peanut allergy therefore my options are extremely limited. However, the time that I come to Chick-fil-A, I ordered a large fry and macaroni and cheese. I asked for a glove change (for allergy purposes). I’m not sure if whoever was cooking decided to be funny and poor a pound of salt on my fries and then barely give me any. Again I ordered a large fry but there were maybe only 6 in the box. Additionally, I had 2 fries in the box that were raw! As soon as I bit into the fry it was cold and uncooked. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of my food and unfortunately I wasn’t able to go back to have this corrected, but I shouldn’t have to! Not sure if Chick-fil-A treats everyone who has a peanut allergy like this but I can assure you I WILL NOT BE BACK. Honestly, it would be much easier not only for myself but also for those who are allergic to peanuts…to simply NOT USE peanut oil. Having a peanut allergy is very popular. Get on board with the rest of the world and make your food available to everyone.

Have waited several months before writing review- We love Chick-fil-A! This location, however is not one we enjoy. No one has ever said “It’s my pleasure “ and I believe the workers are not really happy. I go to Chick-fil-A because I enjoy the food and normally the environment is kind and helpful.
I’ve heard managers yelling (frazzled like) and workers look disconnected.
The parking lot is very dangerous- with the setup of the line and parking not being mindful of pedestrians.
I truly hope management reads and makes the atmosphere more enjoyable and supportive for employees. Happy workers means happy customers.

On Friday night around 8:50 pm, my boyfriend and I visited the Chick-fil-A in Hixson after picking up food elsewhere for him and drinks from 7Brew. After placing my order, a food runner (possibly named Camila) brought our food. Since several employees were cleaning, we politely asked what time the inside dining area closed. I asked, “What time does inside dining close?” and she responded, “I believe 10:00 pm.” When I replied that we were just checking because people were already closing, she interrupted me and said with an attitude, “Oh, and bring fries from somewhere else, that’s fine,” before walking away. We were confused by the response, as nothing rude or inappropriate was said on our end.
As we were leaving, we cleaned our table and made sure not to leave any trash. Since the restaurant appeared to be closing, I politely asked another employee where they would like the carry-out tray placed. While that employee responded kindly, a different worker from behind the counter abruptly said, “Right there with the rest,” in a rude tone. The attitude was noticeable enough that his coworker questioned why he responded that way.
Overall, the interactions felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, which was disappointing given Chick-fil-A’s reputation for customer service. Food was good, employee attitude wasn’t.

Everything about this chick fil a is a disaster. You tell your attended who checks you out what you want and they can’t get it correct. You order a combo and substitute fries for Mac and cheese. They just ring you up with whatever it comes with. You ask for diet Dr Pepper they give you Dr Pepper or coke. Get it together and if you mess up don’t try to charge someone for your mistake yet again. This is the worst chick fil a in the Chattanooga area. Take the drive to go support another one who’s going to support you.

I will never order delivery again. Clearly my order didn’t receive any type of quality control. My salad was missing the dressings. I ordered and paid for extra chicken on my salad and ended up with no chicken at all. Complete waste of money.

I recently visited this location and ordered a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit about 40 minutes ago. I was disappointed with how small the sandwich was. It looked like something from the kids’ menu. I’ve had this item at other Chick-fil-A locations before, and the portion size has always been satisfying, so this came as a surprise. I really enjoy the taste of the breakfast items, but if this is going to be the consistent portion moving forward, it makes it difficult to justify coming back since I left still feeling hungry. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that it helps maintain the great standard I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A.

The food recently has been TINY and disappointing. I get CFA once a month as a treat and I can’t continue to waste $15+ when I’m getting $8 worth of food. Today the bacon egg cheese burrito was the diameter of a literal QUARTER coin! 6″ on the burrito was unfilled but rolled tortilla. I’m adding photos to show it. When I can go to MCd or a gas station and get a bigger burrito for half price of this, it’s time to get things together in that kitchen!

Why is it that I always get delicious food that is always hot, the fries are never cold, the sandwiches are always fresh? It doesn’t matter how busy they are, the service is always excellent and the people are nice and friendly. How do they do it?! Hello other fast food restaurants take note, you could learn a lot from Chick-fil-A!!!

Chicken is always good. I forget they serve sandwiches with pickles and no condiments. So nuggets from now on! Never been a fan of the waffle fry. Sorry. Appreciate the clean facilities.
