Daija truly made our dining experience memorable. From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly attentive, ensuring our drinks were always full and checking in regularly without being intrusive. Her recommendations were spot on, and she clearly knew the menu inside and out. What stood out the most was her genuine friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate our requests. The service was prompt, and she handled a minor issue with our order with grace and efficiency, turning it into a non-issue. Daija’s positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent service made our dinner special. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be sure to ask for her section!

When we arrived at this restaurant, it was almost empty inside. When we ordered it took along time to get our order delivered. When we finally got the 3 meals, all 3 plates had cold French fries. I would think if you are waiting for a long time, the meal would. The server was slow. Would have to ask for the same thing 2 or 3 times. With the experience here, there are alot of other restaurants in town.

Stopped in Milford DE location and tried the new O M Cheeseburger and it was soooo delicious. I would highly recommend trying it if you want a burger. My server Amber was very attentive and was super sweet!

Everything was amazing the food was fresh a hot. And service was really good. Our server was super nice and helpful, very understanding with our orders even though I’m soft spoken she understood. Her name was Daija she probably has to be the best server I’ve ever experienced. 10/10

The staff have very good customer service skills and are very attentive. Food is good, rarely have any issues with it. Atmosphere is good as well. It has its crowded periods at certain times of the day, but it’s to be expected. It’s rare though that it’s so busy that there aren’t any seats available. The bar has a great selection too that’s reasonable priced especially if you’re into mixed drinks. Shannon the bar tender always does a great job. Very attentive and good at anticipating the needs of the customers.

Went to Milford Applebee’s location today for a quick bite to eat with family. Food was delicious and service by Jocelyn was excellent. She brought everything out in a timely manner and everything was hot ready to eat. Unfortunately while sitting enjoying our meal, my husband and i over heard what seemed to be a manager of the restaurant calling the employee’s names such as stupid and incapable of doing their job. This was said to a few tables as he was asking how things were. As a manager myself, you shouldn’t be talking about your employees to tables unless it’s positive and uplifting. Unfortunately, nothing of what was said was uplifting or positive just negative. As we were wrapping up another waitress came to take care of us and started explaining that our first waitress Jocelyn had been fired and wouldn’t be taking care of us and she was replacing her. Unfortunately i don’t feel as if that should’ve been discussed or disclosed to us as it is a personal matter. As my husband was going to the restroom it seemed like all the staff were having gossip hour by the door talking negative about one another. Nothing nice was said about anything he over heard and a lot of other tables were around listening. As my experience at Milford Applebee’s was fairly poor, the food was delicious and both my waitresses did wonderful. We as a whole unfortunately won’t be back due to the negative atmosphere and negative talk about and to the employees.
