Food was decent. The salmon and the shrimp were nicely cooked and tasted good. The chicken tortilla soup was somewhat lackluster. Service was okay, but often tended to be on the slow side. But it was hard to tell if the kitchen slowed the orders, or if the server slowed the orders.

First time ever eating at this location. We walked in waited for 5 mins for a host. While 3 employees stood watching us. Them the manager I assume asked if we had been greeted, sat us at a table and walked away to go sing Taylor Swift songs to the old guys at the bar. Waited 10 minutes for our waiter, who was very polite by the way. I have no issues with the waiter. The food was eh could have been better. The bathroom disgusting. Won’t be back

Joshua was our server and he was great! Very attentive and was making sure our drinks were refilled continuously. I also noticed he was the same with all of his tables. The food (other than apetizers) did take a long time to come out. Joshua made the experience much better.

Arrived at 620 with a 10 min wait, was seating quickly. Placed our order with appetizer aswell. An hour and 15 mins later the server informed us that they never placed our order and needed us to order again so the cooks could drop our food finally. Waited another 40 mins to receive our order. A nearby table overheard what was happening and actually paid for our order. Although I’m very thankful for them , makes no sense why management even charged anything and also have no idea if they discounted our bill like they stated they would. Food upon arrival was lukewarm and not good.

I ordered a steak, fries, and soup online along with other meals. I was there a few minutes before it was ready and they had forgot the steak sauce so the lady went to the back and got some in a tub, threw it in the bag and the lid came off and got all over everyone’s meals. Then we got home literally a few blocks away and they had put the fries in with the steak which was med. Rare (very juicy), and the fries was completely nasty and soggy from the juices of the steak and the biggest issue is the steak was completely over done (which a med. Rare was ordered). Called and then the manager emailed me wanting to make it right and then he never did, hasn’t responded to calls or emails since. Usually I’ve never had an issue but this was a 31.00 dollar steak meal that the fries and steak wasnt the way it was ordered.

We no longer go to Applebee’s at home Springfield Mo. But this Applebee’s is the way they all should be. First and foremost, our server, Zachary C. was fantastic! Friendly, attentive without being one of the types of servers that comes and bothers you nonstop asking if everything‘s OK. He checked in on us a couple times and personable.
The food was cooked just right, Order to eat time just right. Parking lot and interior, clean and welcoming.
I tried to use the QR code/scan to take the survey, but I had misplaced my receipt until now. I just wanna make sure to give the props for good service

It’s was good besides the server decided to give him self a higher tip then what I put down. It seemed like he forgot us and then stayed at the table besides us and just talked to them for most of the time we were there. Never checked to see if we wanted a refill.

Stopped in at the Applebee’s in Joplin for a nice lunch. The staff seated us promptly and within a short amount of time pur waiter arrived with the menus and quickly brought our water. We decided on the 2 for $25 deal. We both ordered house salad with the house made ranch dressing and my wife had the Fiesta Lume Chicken and I had the Four Cheese Mac n Cheese topped with Honey Peppered Chicken Tenders. The salad was served in ice cold bowls, plenty of dressing and was really good. Our meals were served hot and we both commented on how delicious they were. The chicken was cooked perfectly, my pasta was al dente giving it the perfect texture. Overall it was a nice dining experience. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the waiter, Cody, did an outstanding job.

Pretzels were great. Won Ton Chicken Taco’s were good too. Half price appetizers after 10pm and Dollaritas are back. Atmosphere was a buzz. Busy and still service was professional.
